Sainsbury'S

We visited yesterday due to my car breaking down on the way to London. The staff were absolutely fantastic! The young lady on the Customer Services desk let me phone the AA and the security staff let us in to use the facilities after closing as we were not recovered till 6pm. Unfortunately I did not get their names but everyone was so helpful.

Great store. Always shop here. Was here this morning and my one year old lost her pink bear comforter. It hadn't been handed in but if any staff members do come across it could you please let me know. Two members of staff were very helpful. Many thanks

Huge choice of products and very friendly staff. Nice cafe to spent some time in (Starbucks). Also quite impressive variety in the clothes section - the only disadvantage is the lack of fitting rooms.

Im a little disappointed after my shop at Sainsbury's this afternoon. Firstly as I was trying to return a shirt to your customer service desk I waited 10 minutes while 3 members of your staff were trying to sort out a situation on your systems - not one of them acknowledged me.



As I got to the till I noticed that the crumpets I had picked up were damaged so I swapped them for another pack. Now I'm home and unpacked I have noticed that one of my yogurts within the pack has split, my milk is open and my frozen veg packed was also opened.



Not really what I expect from my weekly shop at your store!!!!!
