Sainsbury'S

I think Sainsbury's is good because there is a great selection of brands and food items !!! �

Most of the staff are lovely.. One trolley person never smiles and always seems grumpy. Today I got in his way and he got grumpy in front of everyone. Just seems to be bad customer service from him. Apart from that i get a lovely service .

When I arrived at the store there was a man who was either one of the car washers or a member of staff supposedly doing the trollies, sat in the covered trolley return area nearest the road smoking. When I finished my shopping and returned my trolley he was still there smoking and I found it very offensive to breath in his smoke and the floor was very unsightly covered with cigarette ends.

Not a very good example for Sainsburys !!!!!
