Sorted problems quickly and easily. And I'm just typing now because the review has to be at least 40 characters long.

Today I was in store with my 3 year old

He has just started potty training and told me he needed a wee so he went on the potty in the shop as he wouldn't of made it to the toilet and there toilets are disgusting!

The women on self service checkouts looked at me and my son in disgust and begun having a go at me saying that I shouldn't be letting my son wee there as it's health and safety due to food being in the store. I explained how he just started potty training and he wouldn't make it to the toilet she shouted at me in front on the whole store! And made me feel so embarrassed also made my child feel very confused as he thought going on the potty was a positive thing! She said I should take it up with the manager which I gladly will as according to her my son having a wee is against policy which surely her behaviour is against policy! Surely it's more of a health and safety risk if he wee'd on the floor?

Security guard follows me absolutely everywhere round the shop. At first I thought doing his job so left it. (I go in there daily) after a while I noticed he was literally trying to make it obvious he follows me. Then one time he literally stood toe to toe to me leant in looked to see if anything hanging out of my pockets and walked off. Then today I was in there and he followed me around again with a colleague when there is loads of other people in there. So I know I'm not being paranoid.. Have I got something on my face? Think he likes me? And I mean likes me likes me. Colour of my skin? It's just got to be sorted before I have to go through a personal colonoscopy for a fu(k!ng chicken wing.

I'm a regular shopper here and it's been fine, staff were friendly but today I bought a rescued iguana in a carry case in as i had to grab some bits, i appreciate your rules ect, i wasn't sure if I could or not but came in for convenience, i would have appreciated a quiet word from a member of staff if it was a problem but nope, I've come in, grabbed my bits, paid and just about to walk out the doors when an arrogant, rude member of staff shouts to me with customers all around all looking at me, stating that I should not have an animal in here. Now I understand but ive never felt so embarrassed in my life!!
