Hi guys! I visit Sainsbury's Calcot frequently and would definitely recommend it. I would particularly recommend the dentist within Sainsbury's, located next to the self service checkouts - Centre for Dentistry, where all my friends go! The prices are cheaper than any other dentist in Reading!! And friendly dentists too. It's open six days a week so worth changing your dentist guys! Definitely worth paying a visit.

Not very consumer friendly with some of the recent ideas, Counters not opened some days until 9 ish so when I go in at 7 to buy for work not available.



For what was a premium store that people used to drive from other areas its not what it was, just the fact it doesn't open until 7 is a bit of bad management.

The pickers and other staff are there, they have self service 6am is not unreasonable and more suited for a big store.



New areas in the store Habitat who came up with that idea, no one buys, half the time no one serves.



Sushi again ok but such a limited market and expensive.



Argos is great, TU is not bad, limited sizes in the mens size, shoes limited as my school report said could do better!



Starbucks bit last year.



Such a large shop floor, I'm thinking it was actually better 20 years ago, theres half hearted attempts example the electrical department not a lot of choice not great prices, just there.



They must stop trying to come down to the competition and become the store that people want to go to, just walk to ikea see how they do it!

Breakfast was disappointing today, definitely had nicer ones at this store before. I also wanted an omelette instead of a fried egg, but computer said “NO”!

Nothing to do with the shop itself but the employees don't know how to answer the phones there especially when you are trying to get hold of a member of staff!!! Thankfully on this occasion it wasn't an emergency but if it was then they would not know maybe the colleagues and managers should get retrained on how to answer the phone it's highly frustrating!!!!!

After spending thousands of pounds at this shop since it's been open. Always go there for even the odds and ends. But tonight was a joke. We brought a kettle from this place less than a year ago. Took it back after a very long day at work. With a reference from Russel hobs to give them so they could hopefully swop or refund. But no that was not good enough and said take it up with them. So angry and not very happy.

So looking to shop somewhere else ����

Went to the S ainsburys savacente about 1000 am ,hardly any bread no sugar ,told it had been removed because it might be contaminated! Come on Sainsbury get your act together or you will lose more customers,remember Aldi and Lidl are only a mile away.

Shocking service at Sainsbury's, ordered a PlayStation 4 online, confirmed by email and text it was going to be delivered on Tuesday. Six hours before I receive a text telling me it's out of stock ! So I phoned the store to be told the PlayStation 4 are in stock, but they will not supply me with my order at that price. Ok so I complain to Sainsbury's online and I get an apology and put back through to Sainsbury's bath road to try and resolve this issue, no apology from store just a No we want supply it at the agreed online price. So a week later I check my credit card statement to find they have charged me £300 for a product I didn't receive. Now trying to sort out this issue for the past hour with the online dept

Shocking service from @Sainsburys - sort you service out, no customer service.....

At this moment in time I think the Sainsbury has the worst ever customer services, had my order delivered at 5pm by a nice driver however half my order was missing and the driver had phoned the manager to inform him of this, The manager was meant to ring me, however nearly 3 hours later, various phone calls and leaving messages at the store, still NO phone call back to find out when I'm going to get the rest of my order.

Always delivering stupidly dated foodstuff.

I plan meals and therefore need meat and vegetables with good dates on them.

Why do the pickers choose dates that only have one day left on them before you have to cook them? The 'best before' dates are there for a reason and one does not want a delivery where a whole weeks shopping has to be cooked within a day or even two! Get your act together Sainsburys and sort out your pickers chosen dates from your customers chosen dates!!
