Sainsburys Newhaven you made the most amazing cake for my sons 3rd birthday on Sunday. A large chocolate cake is what he asked for and golly did he get it. It was baked that morning and super fresh and ready for colection at 10am. It looked beautiful!! Thank you so much to the team at sainsburys.

Not too much of a problem except running out of unsweetened soya milk but the young guy on customer services was brilliant when I went there. Very good people skills especially as he dealt with an arrogant woman in front of me.

Since we have been car less, had to do on line shopping. Up until 3 weeks ago everything has been ok. The last 3 weeks the fruit and Veg have not been so good and the Bananas inedible. So bruised and over ripe and should have not been sent out to any customer. I am sure customers wouldn't have bought them off of the shelves. :(

Really going down hill. Just had my weekly shop delivered and the sell by dates are appalling... as they have been a number of times this year. I am expected to eat the whole delivery within 2 or 3 days. I have had to throw milk away several times this year. What is the matter with you pickers? Can't your read the sell by dates? This is a WEEKLY shop, not a weekend shop, Shame on this store. You used to be better than this.

Gone downhill since refurb. Food lines have disappeared due to clothes and more electricals etc.

Went in this evening with a list of about 20 items. Five items were sold out! Stock control is beyond dreadful.

Worst customer service ever and the snotty ladies on the self check out make you feel like your thieves! Also, I'm disgusted to be talked down to by these people! Talk about give Sainsbury's a bad name!

Also! The car park there is HORRIFIC!

Worst shopping experience ever!

The car wash scratched my car from one end to the other!!

I'd like to give this store zero stars. They really looked after their customers today and opened 2 checkouts! What a joke. Wish this store could be replaced with a Morrisons.

Had a bar fall on my foot in Sainsburys today . Complained about lack of concern how my foot was . Customer care were rubbish . Manger was not sent for . Staff were baffled as to what to do so did nothing except try and fix the bar . I nearly ended up on the cheese counter . Throbbing foot . Swollen now . And they want to send me a five pound gift voucher . What an insult . Discussed does not cover how I feel
