We had 3 cream teas, for just under £10. Staff were friendly, cafe nice and clean.

Want to say a big thanks to guys who were working in garage last Sunday evening 17.45ish. Having problems with debit card. The lady working even offered to buy me a drink on drive home! Thank you!!

Very much enjoyed bringing my twins for the dinner & meet Santa this afternoon. They had a wonderful time and I was extremely impressed. The staff were lovely (as always) but especially today, they came round and asked the children questions about Christmas and made my girls feel very special. Thank you

Today I watched one of your delivery drivers playing in the snow with the children it's lovely to see that the driver had fun with the kids instead of being a grumpy delivery man was very funny to see

I have just had a chicken jalfrezie and spinach pilau rice from the deli counter and it's the best curry I have had other than in a genuine Indian restaurant.

I have had quite afew Big Breakfasts in quite a few Sainsburys Cafes up and down the country but this one was easily the best. It was really well presented and all elements were perfectly cooked. Thanks !

Great store much bigger than the Sainsbury's store. We have to use for 4 months plenty of house hold cloths etc and a great cafe

Excellent service , excellent food and very good value for money .

Pop in most Friday mornings and meet up with a friend for a cuppa! Staff always efficient. Perfect view as well!

I love Sainsbury's in Bognor but I have noticed that I really have to watch the sell by dates more and more. In fact I nearly gave two pregnant ladies some green tinged soda bread which was still in date � The meat is shockingly bad. I bought 'taste the difference' lamb today and it was so fatty �#anothersundayroastruined

My young daughter and I, played a game to see how many Sainsbury’s staff smiled, 2-17 we spotted.

No communication with customers, such a shame.

I worked for Sainsbury’s in London 20yrs ago, all staff had to make customers welcome, or they go elsewhere.

Cafe, staff very friendly, but tables and floors were full of dirty food and cutlery.

Yet again we've had a bad delivery.

We get food that either goes off on the day or day after delivery with no notification on the delivery paperwork.

Final straw, no more online deliveries from us. �

Whilst finishing my shopping I passed the bakery department and witnessed the staff throwing all the cakes and bread which had not been sold into bin liners, i asked why they were throwing it away and the lady said that the store would be closed tomorrow and could not sell it, I reminded her that there were so many people starving in the world, the lady never responded and continued to threw it all away !!

Went to Sainsbury's yesterday to try and get the lego cards books for my 2 to put their cards in and was told that not only have they sold out but they weren't getting anymore and have stopped being produced. Now I have 1 disappointed kids with loads of lego cards and nothing to put them in. Very annoyed

Went for my tea and the bacon smelled off so did the sausages , staff couldn't be bothered . I use to think Sainsbury's Bognor was very good for food sadly starting to change my mind

One of your online drivers almost crashed into the back of my car and was speeding , i was called back by the GA who wanted to know if i wished to speak to the driver! then told me a manger would call me back- never did, called up on Monday and got put through to Oscar but have heard nothing since - not even a sorry !!! Obviously its deemed acceptable by Sainsburys Bognor.

Just been in and brought wrapping paper, politely queried the price at customer service once brought as not what was on the shelf , was spoken to rudely, made to feel like I was stupid and then laughed at as I left the store. Honestly disgraceful behaviour .

I brought some food and went and sat in the cafe to eat it. Rudely, "charlotte"has asked me to leave as I have not brought anything!!!! Clearly I was eating food that I brought in Sainsbury's !

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Never will use again.
