Many thanks to one of your employees, a lovely young lad called Kieran who kindly helped me out in the car park today after a very hard day by offering to change my hopelessly punctured flat tire. I work for the ambulance service and it was absolutely amazing to be offered help so quickly and selflessly after a long shift today, saved me hours of waiting for RAC or looking around for a garage. You are a star!

Just wanted to say great job to all the staff and customers that organised and donated to the Christmas charity raffle for the firefighters charity this weekend (1-2 Dec 17) and also a huge thank you, as we won the 1st prize hamper! ���

Sainsburys is the only shop i have found that supplies traditional lemonade without any sweetners or aspartame � thank u sainsburys please do-not stop making yr Classic lemonade with the yellow lid i am intolerent like many people to the fake sugars , !!!

Waiting to park in a parent and child bay at sainsburys when a guy reverses into the space!

Looking into the car there's no sign of a child so we 'beep' him and say politely that it's a parent and child bay to which he responds "I'm disabled" - ok fair enough but there's loads of empty disabled bays in the next lane!

The driver of the car (a massive 4x4) parked in the next bay pipes up and say "oh do I need to move as well then?" Yes you do as you've no disabled badge showing in a parent and child bay and I have 2 babies to get in and out of the car safely.

They both then tell me I'm rude, have no manners and need to respect my elders!!! 😡😡😡😡

On explaining this to the security guard he simply shrugged his shoulders and said what do you want me to do!!

Use your store for click and collect-Ebay. Now over an hour and a half since an item was received today 06/08/18 and still not booked in. Came in last week and waited twenty minutes. When asked how long, no one even dealing with it. Absolutely terrible.

Regular home delivery customer until now.

Scheduled delivery ordered on Monday online for Wednesday at 17:30 to 18:30. Call on Wednesday afternoon around 2pm. Driver sick can you collect. No we don’t have transport which is why we do online. Ok he says, I will see what I can do. 4pm. Email received with the substitutes on it, so the order has been picked. 18:35. Phone call. Can’t deliver can you collect.

Long conversation about this. I then called the store. Told as it was their fault they would do everything on their power to get the delivery done at 07:30 the next morning (today)

I explained I had to leave for work at 7:40 but they insisted this was not an issue as I was just up the road. Guess what. Nothing. No shopping which included items of importance for my 80 years young mother. No contact. No email. Nothing. How can you make a formal complaint as we have emailed before about a different issue and been ignored. Totally unreliable so stay well away. When it happens to you you will understand

I'm currently in their café and have had to wipe the table down, as it looked like something had been slaughered on it. Even after a good wipe down, It's still sticky! It's not busy: Only 6 other customers, so no reason for dirty tables!

I can’t get change for a trolley after the lady gave me £2 coins after purchasing a meal.I asked her if I can have two £1 for trolley and was met with we are not allowed, I asked for next time you open the till and again no we are not allowed !.

I hate complaining as I work in retail yet I have walked out hungry and with heavy arms.

Disgusting and traumatic treatment of a 80yr old customer...customer was advised by checkout team that his credit card had been declined, was then frog marched (like he was a thief ) with shopping down to he customers services desk and instructed to go and withdraw cash from a cash till outside the store. After successfully making a cash withdraw from the cash till outside the store, Only to be told after customers service challenged about the card working fine at the cash point, that customer services had been experiencing chip and pin problems ALL DAY with a particular bank / bank card!!
