The staff are always very helpful they can't do enough for you the food in restaurant is always ways perfect I give both 5 ⭐️ plus

Thankyou so much to the lady on till number 22 yesterday morning (I think her name was Chris) who spotted that I wasn't feeling well, packed my shopping, offered me words of sympathy and encouragement - and all with a lovely, warm smile.

Staff in the restaurant are fab , mams in a wheelchair and they couldn't be more helpful if they tried. Very courteous staff when you are served and when your meal arrives..👏👏👏😀

The food hall staff are always there to help also .

Just wanted to say thank you to the two Georges who made my visit so memorable today. They helped me unpack my trolley and pack my bags during my stressful lone shopping trip. A real pair of gents!

Good service, good range all over - only bad point is that in men's clothes it is all slim fit or tailored fit. I haven't been that for many years. Other than that - good experience.

Been through 3 times for vegenaise and no one seemed to know where it was but today a lad called Davey scoured the shop for me and found it in the warehouse. I'm chuffed I've managed to get my hands on it. He also found the violife cheese plater for me too. He has fab customer service :)

Always great customer service from trolley staff deli counters and checkout staff friendly makes shopping so much more easier also the customer restaurant are fantastic when I call in with my disabled son nothing is ever a problem

No problems normally, fruit and veg sketchy for quality, e.g. Cauliflowers obviously way way past there best.

American long grain rice, used it for years perfect results. No longer available, bust numerous brands of all other. Goodness how many basmati makes are available too many.

Had a delicious full English breakfast and hubby had the breakfast omlette. Lovely food and service with a smile

I love shopping in Sainsbury's, the staff are great, the choice is great, and great value. I love collecting the nectar points, I save them for something special.



Shopping online, great, easy and convenient.



But WHY can't I add the nectar points online?



You can only save your point in store.

Bit of a long shot but a don't suppose a Boots bag has been handed into customer service by any chance? I put it down at the shelf where the shavers are on discount near the kids toys at around 16:00.. Only realised an hr ago as I've had me ear chewed off since from the mrs lol thanks

Utterly disgusted with Sainsbury's. Went to the changing room to try some clothes on. I had my disabled son in his pushchair and was told that I can't take him in with me but I could leave him outside with a member of staff who I've never met. As a responsible parent I was totally shocked that they would even think I would consider leaving my child with a stranger. Needless to say I left the clothes at the door and walked away. On enquiring about this I was told it was a health and safety issue which suggests to me that their changing facilities are unsafe. I personally think it's more of a shop lifting issue. How dare Sainsbury's assume all people with pushchairs are thieves.

Also, there are NO notices anywhere in store to state that you can't take pushchairs into the changing room.

Very, very disappointed.

Not a reflection on the store, but didn’t think the trolley guys comments yesterday showed much community spirit, as we were parking, another cars tyres were spinning on the snow and a small queue of about 3 cars had formed, a taxi driver and one of the car drivers got out to help, one of the men shouted across to the trolley guys to give them a hand their reply was ‘no way they shouldn’t have brought their car out’ and turned their backs!!!!

Just been to this sainsburys..tried to buy a newspaper at the front of the store, where the newspapers are on show, I get one person away from the till to have a store employee informing those in the queue that unless buying lottery or cigarettes then must go to self scan!!!!!! I of course went to asda for a newspaper where my money was excepted even though I don't smoke or gamble......

The shop is really good I do like sainsburys but the car park is atrocious. Bays are too small and the lanes are too narrow for traffic to travel both directions.

Sainsbury's has gone down hill! The flowers and plant selection was dire! The wet fish stunk and there is no variety like there used to be. Sainsbury's used to have class about it, it felt a bit different. Now it feels like a budget run of the mill supermarket. Depressing!

Really disappointed with the fresh curry counter tonight. I wanted to buy a Beef Madras with Pilau rice and when the woman behind the counter put the curry in the container, she made sure that it contained mainly sauce and very little beef. When filling the rice container, she smoothed the top of so if was concave and removed some rice which was lightly packed.

I recommended the curries in Sainsburys to a friend a few days ago, I wish I hadn't. At one time the portions were generous and the curries were good, I decided to give the curry to the cashier as I thought it just wasn't worth it.

I'm in sainsburys cafe, and irin is serving, there's 2 people in the queue and I've now waited 15mins for her to make 2 cups of coffee. She has started serving the next customer and my hot milk is just standing there. The customer service has always been poor, but today is ridiculous! I'm off to Costa!!!!
