Lovely service in the restaurant yesterday don’t know what the guys name was but he was brilliant happy and the Broccoli and Stilton soup was delicious, and a lovely lady clearing up in there.

Lots of good things going cheap after Christmas. Cafe does nice butternut squash lasagne with salad and garlic bread cheap.friendly staff always helpful.

Had coffee with my husband today the staff were lovely as always , one of the girls called Gina couldn't have been more helpful such a lovely friendly young lady with a huge smile she's a credit to the cafe staff

Big store was surprised to see a high tech argos inside! Was fun

Last week an awful experience of 'Click & Click'....shop not picked and then when it was bags were full of broken jars, spilt chicken packets, popped beers! After numerous phone calls someone took gave some compensation

This week...after issue....shop not ready due more technical issues..

Epic fail! That is the last time I will shop here. Your so called smart shop app downloaded as advised and scanned all my shopping, then got told by customer services that ‘oh no it doesn’t come into effect until the 5th!!!!, then got ushered to use self check out for trolley, every other item triggered either remove last item or unverified! I felt so sorry for the assistant who probably felt like a yo-yo coming back every 5 secs. Sainsbury Chichester you have let yourself down!!!

Will not be shopping here with my baby again. Walked the length of the car park in the rain carrying 4 month old from the parent and child spaces... which are actually less convenient than average spaces...to find that the baby trolleys were soaking wet due to their barely covered location. Even worse when I returned with shopping, as had to walk across three lanes to deposit trolley at nearest station, leaving baby in the car. Learn from Tesco (Fishbourne). Their parent spaces are right next to the baby seat trolleys, which are well covered. There is a covered walkway all the way from the trolleys into the store.

What can I say. Bought a large joint of pork dated 31st Dec. went to cook it on the 28th Dec & OMG the smell that came from the packed when opened was bad. one gone of piece of pork. Will not be buying my meat no more there.

Waited 45 minutes for food and when it come out the food was over cooked or under cooked and the service was lacking

Not impressed when your queuing at a till and they put the closing checkout sign while your waiting and you have to move.......

Just waited 45 mins in the cafe to get a a basic kids meal -- had to ask where the food was after 35 mins which was then Served on Boiling hot plates but stone cold food -brown salad - and one lady "Tracey" single handily clearing tables serving food and apologies to every one, while dim Boys/ men stood around watching her and pretending to "clean" the broken coffee machine (broken coffee machine again )





So have now spent £20 on feeding my children a vile cold meal on boiling plates , no offer to replace the drinks which we dragged out for 45 mins waiting and guess what no manager around to complain to -



My biggest praise to Tracey working today - Friday lunchtime who is a wonderful member of staff where as the rest of them were a waste of air !!

I use Sainsburys all the time. This eve unfortunately I slipped and fell at the store on wet floor with no sign. No body came to help or see if ok. I had my toddler with me and thank god I chose to put her in a trolley. I managed to get up and tell someone what happened. They said oh I will find someone to clean it up and walked off! After I had said that I had hurt myself too! I didn’t realise how much I did hurt until I got to the car. My knee is black and the swelling in my leg has got worse. Looks like a trip to a and e! Just not impressed with the team for an accident that wasn’t my fault.

Hate this Branch of Sainsburys Its the people shopping there, They just staie at you as they are blocking your way.
