Hi I’m Sam Dynes and this was me until I found a long term solution in the form of Herbalife Products and Support. I started on the weight loss program at the end of September 2014 with a positive attitude to being committed and knowing that the program was a healthy and simple option for me. It turns out that it suits my needs perfectly and I am achieving wonderful results.

In all areas of my life, I've loved helping people, inspiring them and encouraging them to achieve their goals. Herbalife gave me the perfect opportunity, not only to become fitter and healthier myself, but to also help others who have gotten themselves into the same rut that I did.

Herbalife Members are a great community, inspiring and supporting people to live healthy and active lifestyles. Although I initially thought I was just here to lose weight, I have gained so much more in the community that it provides.
