Sandra Da Silva Reflexology

I am Sandra, a Reflexologist and Reiki practitioner. I work intuitively and I am passionate about the impact that holistic therapies can have on wellbeing.

I am also a director and lead Reflexology tutor at the Temple Academy of Reflexology.

Reflexology is a therapy where gentle pressure is applied to specific areas of the feet and sometimes hands. It is the principle that these areas are linked to the internal structures of the body. Its aim, is to release tensions, relieve stress and encourage the body to activate its natural healing systems.

Reiki is a gentle form of hands-on-healing, where the energy is channelled through the hands of the therapist into the receiver. It is a gentle way to achieve deep relaxation, and restore balance to the whole being.
