We had a fantastic week jade and Kyle made my daughters whole holiday by bringing out Cyril just for her as he was the only character she hadn't met and he is her favourite, she was the only child in there on our last night we didn't expect them to put on a show for just her but they did they got Cyril out he danced with her then they all danced nothing was to much they. Do such long hours and are still friendly and happy anytime you catch them :) will defo be going back again and hope jade and Kyle are there to thanks guys

We come here every year ,I have 5 children who absolutely love it.we stayed last week,in a gold plus caravan that I couldn't fault. I'm always wary about travel cots that aren't mine but we hired one from you and it was absolutely spotless. The staff were very helpful with extra bedding when we needed it.and the bar staff were always friendly and up for a laugh. I could have quite happily stayed another few weeks,we're all missing it now we're back to reality.i'll definitely be booking for next year again

User

We are just home after a fantastic week at seaview .. The park is immaculate, kids play park and outdoor pool is fab also the club house was great for entertainment at night although to eat the food is a little pricey and not a great selection for a kids menu.. Our caravan was a gold plus but was more like a standard caravan it was 2 bedrooms but quite small although can't fault it only thing missing is a veranda or decking to sit outside in the beautiful weather .. I would rate it 10 out of 10 for the whole experience though, everyone was so friendly and staff were fab.. Will definitely be back next year

User

Just after returning from a week long holiday in your park and all I can say is that we had a great time.everything about our stay was fantastic.only complaint is that it was over too soon.cant wait to return next year

User

Jessica our wonderful sales lady who’s helped us so much she is wonderful and would recommend anyone to buy from her fantastic.

User

Hello fellow Caravaners we love it here at Seaview Holiday Park it offers everything for the Family and Children , if you want a great time on the Sea Front here it is situated between Whitstable and Herne Bay perfect location ,. Easter Weekend is fabulous, Grand Children love it and us , young Grand parents!!!!!!!!!

User

Have visited a few times over the last year as my sister has a caravan here. The improvements made during the winter months are amazing & future plans look good too. Staff are brilliant, & always willing to help.

We loved it so much that we bought a place as well, thanks to Jessica for being so helpful.

Can't wait to spend time here with the children, grandchildren & family.

User

The caravans on the new part of this site look stunning well most do i love plants an think it looks so inviting with most areas planted out especially around the bin area the plants distract an unsightly area into a almost hidden area not only that with the climbers flowering in the summer it will help contrast the nasty smell of bins. the side by the beach & holiday club area looks very poor standard with trees so close the vans its a fire risk vans are dated gardens unkept decking in disrepair. But on the bright side I believe this will be put up to date with rest of the site. at the end of this park is a residential area that has always been inviting and would recommend a visit here. They are now putting more vans on as you drive past club so I believe will be one of the most best sites ive seen

User

Nice location. Touring toilets where kept nice and clean as were the showers..and the showers had good water pressure. Club house food was very nice although we had to wait and hour (and we were not told this upon ordering) and food and drinks are expensive. Been here several times and liked camping at the top end with the big toilet block..now camping is down by the beach..which is nice but touring pitches a bit rough n ready. Still had a good stay and would go back again

User

Lovely park. Bronze caravan was clean and spacious. Loved the pool. Only thing that let it down was the food in the restaurant. Would definitely go back xx

User

I stayed on the touring park and would definitely come back again.

The pool was closed due to it being very early season (March), but it looked lovely and I imagine it would be very nice on a sunny summers day.

The staff in the clubhouse were very polite and helpful.

The kids entertainment was exceptional!

The only issue we had was that there was no soap in the women's showers/toilets. Even after my wife told one of the cleaning staff, the dispensers remained empty for the rest of the weekend.

Overall, I'd recommend Seaview to other people.

User

Had a great week....staff were very friendly and helpful....shame the showers stopped working twice and not enough showers for the amount of people on site....other than that we had a fab time

User

We stayed 3 nights here. The ladies in reception where nice and helpfull. The price for 3 nights, 2 people and a tent was more than fair. It was clean and nice.

The only thing what was not good, the water in shower. Why it has to be so hot? And why you can not regulate by yourself? There to go to shower is not nice. But the showers are clean and all else was good.

User

Just got back from a long weekend that I paid £520 for! When I received a call in the week to tell me our beds would be made up for arrival I had high hopes of a good weekend. The site although beautifully maintained was a bit of a let down. The older kids tried 3 times to hire the buggies each time they were told different closing times. The pool was over run and we were given 45 minutes swim the whole weekend. I queued 25 minutes at the bar for a bottle of wine and there was inadequate lighting for the walk back to the caravan. It was infact pitch black and I fell over a speed ramp (it wasn't the bottle of wine it was a different night ha) our beds were never made up and there was no dustpan and brush to clean up after ourselves. I'll be honest for the money I paid it was a bit ropey. Kids club was great and I won't lie the little ones had a great weekend. Doubt I'll be back

Friday 28th to Monday 31st July

First inpression of outside area of caravan.

Dirty, greasy barbecue, bag of dirty paper plates, dirty ashtray, long grass.

On entering the caravan the smell was disgusting, on top of the freezer was a dustpan with pasta and sweetcorn in it. The bin had smelly sweet corn stuck to the bottom. I went to the reception to see if l could upgrade from gold to platinum. unfortunately they were fully booked..

Friday evening entertainment....Bingo, Karaoke.

Saturday evening, two hour wait for a meal. Entertainment was great!

Sunday evening entertainment.....bingo, general knowledge quiz.

No daily activities for children. My 10 year old twin grandchildren loved the outside heated pool

Was it worth £520 for 3 nights? Definitely NOT!

User

just come back from 2 nights camping extremely disappointed! as i see stated above we also had to pay £10 to get through a barrier that wasnt actually working. we went down to the swimming pool at 3 they had closed early with no explanation. waited 1 hour and a half the first night for food after checking a number of times was told it was just coming.eventually asked to speak to the manager who then advises me they never actually had what we asked for but for some reason it took them all this time to tell me. as this was now 8pm I had to go off site to find my children something for there dinner. the next night we made sure we ate elsewhere but decided to treat the kids to a chocolate sharing dessert for there afters onsite, surely this wouldn't take as long but no 2 hours later this turned up this was then 9pm the kids were shattered and bearly touched it. I have no idea why it would take someone that long to put a few scoops of ice cream and some chocolate into a bowl. that day we also went to go swimming to then be told it wouldn't be open until 1 due to an electrical fault but find out later that someone had actually just accidentally turned something off they should have. we then decided to try the acardes to find half of the games were switched off all the 2p machines where blocked and to top it all the floor had been washed and was like a swimming pool my son slipped straight onto his bottom. the evening entertainment if u can actually call it that was pathetic. All I can say is thank God we was only there for 2 nights and there was a beach opposite as the site was rubbish! will not be recommending at all!

User

Well where do i start.....booked from 21st aug until 23rd August an have camped loads. This is the worse site ive ever stayed on. Started on arrival when i had to pay £10 for barrier pass although barrier was broke and open 24/7.... we pitched up an saw that the toilets are portaloos which never had any toilet roll or hand towel. On my 1st night here the sinks were being used as a wash basin for someone who had dog poo on her shoes. The sinks werent cleaned for nearly 24 hours later. You were lucky to find a toilet which didn't have poo smeared on the seat or on the floor. Litter picker goes round daily but walks straight past the rubbish as too busy on his phone. The washing up sinks have no plugs but always blocked with food. 22:30 Monday night they bring new static caravans in an start to unload right behind our tent and again at 07:10 tuesday morning. They were far from quiet doing this. Building work on site starts at 8am which we were not told about when we arrived. Site has no lighting up so pitch black at night and with the un even grass it can be quite dangerous esp for elderly or disabled people. On Wednesday 23rd weather was nice so went to take my son swimming to be told its close until 1pm due to the electric for the heated pool had been switched off by accident. As you can imagine at 1pm the whole site try to go swimming to be told first 20 only and your only allowed 45 minutes an we were told to wait until the next session. The site is an absolute disgrace an we would never return even if it was free.

User

The gold star plus caravan was more like a bronze. The grass was very long and they did cut it over the weekend we stayed there but as we had no dustpan and brush was walked into the van. No so called welcome pack like we were told should have been there and we had to share our bed with ANTS.!!The smell of the van when we walked in was musky. Very basic and definitely NOT a gold plus. As we were one of a group we did have a laugh and was compensated with a free dinner and it was a nice dinner too.The site needs to be updated but have to say the toilets in bar area were very clean. The bar people were very accommodating and friendly and top notch .

User

Stayed one night to test the tent, pitches too close together, toilets where disgusting & what you would find at a festival (blocked up, no water to flush or wash hands, no toilet roll & too close to pitch so all you could hear was the doors slamming all night. Showers were temporary too.

Was told when I booked it had been refurbished recently & being a main Park Holiday place expected a shower & toilet block that was cleaned daily & a permanent structure not portaloos

Been to other places where the shower/toilet block was closed twice a day to be cleaned.

Only two people behind the bar when they had an event on & most of the site waiting for drinks. Gave up in the end & paid for drinks in the very overpriced on site shop.

Told to keep the dog on a lead but no one else did & no one policed it. So we did the same.

The location was nice & the pool looked inviting. But for the number of people on site they are not set up to cater, or entertain this volume. Was told the shower block gets busy & to use the old one near the main entrance. Only about 6 showers on the main block and these were temporary portable cabins & dirty.
