We have used Dee at Select three times for our lease cars now and fully recommend her and the company in general. Great personalised service and good prices if you are able to be flexible with your spec!

We have had 4 cars from select leasing, each time the sales people have been good but as soon as you hand over money you cannot get much from them and they do not care about how and when you get the car.

We had come to expect this from them, our most recent experience was no exception, so much so I had to request to deal with a different sales manager as the one who was dealing with us was incompetent.

Fortunately the next sales person was very good and sorted everything within 24 hours, she has been helpful throughout and very good.

The account manager Dee who provided excellent customer has assured me that communication issues are being addressed in the future and I would not hesitate to recommend Dee to help anyone looking to lease a car.

We are new to leasing and from our experience we only wish we had done it sooner.

The car was factory order so we knew we would have to wait a few weeks. Even after the sale was made and I had signed and paid the deposit we weren’t forgotten about. Gaz kept me informed throughout, the customer portal was really useful and any queries we had were answered efficiently.

Brilliant company and individual to deal with, we shall be returning customers when our lease is up.

The Company was recommended to me by a work colleague who had been given a very good deal by them. I was not disappointed. My main contact was Tom Falconar who located a vehicle for me very quickly. The whole transaction was efficiently and promptly handled and, via the online customer portal, I was regularly kept informed at every stage of the process. Very pleased with the service I received and can thoroughly recommend the Company.

So far so good, Jamie Lowe has been an absolute gent! Awaiting delivery of the car so fingers crossed it gets delivered on time!

If there was a star rating that could go from being very disappointed to incredibly satisfied I would of ticked that one, but instead I’ve ticked the 5 star � service based on how impressed I have been with Russel Vaughton sales manager stepping in and helping me get this deal to the finish line , numerous issues from the beginning but all pale into insignificance after receiving the new car , would I use select car again ? .... I guess the answer would be Yes , had Russel not stepped up and contacted me direct made sure that the issues I had were dealt with , compensated for and he personally ensured that the delivery went to plan, I may of had a different answer and almost certainly a different review had he not contacted me when he did.



All In all I’m happy that I’ve now got the car and yes it was stressful at times but worth it.



Very happy with the new car it also special mention for the delivery service , Trevor from Mercedes was superb and arrived early morning and went over all aspects of the vehicle with me and made sure that I was happy with everything before I signed for it.

I can't praise these guys highly enough. Firstly their prices are very low, and the car still comes from a main dealer so it's not like you aren't getting the car or the service. Adam Brooks looked after me throughout the process, thanks for doing a great job. From putting in the order, to doing the paperwork, to getting the car was all well communicated, I especially liked the portal so I could easily message either Select or the Dealer directly. Love my new car too! Thanks!

I can't fault select car leasing. I found the car I wanted and out of four other companies, they were by far the cheapest. The vehicle was actually delivered early which I didn't mind. Overall a positive experience.

Having now left the company after working for Select for 2 years I can honestly say that after working in the motor trade for 15 years almost these guys are the best broker in the business. They genuinely care about there customers and that ethos starts with the directors of the business and filters down through out the team. If you are thinking of leasing a vehicle look no further than Select.

First time I have used Select Car Leasing and can highly recommended, got a great deal on a Landrover Evoque and everything went to plan with no issues whatsoever. I like the £50 recommendation fee when you recommend a friend as recommended a close friend recently to Select and a cheque for £50 was issued direct to me very efficiently. Perry Chance was very helpful and efficient.

Fantastic service! Most efficient lease hire company I have ever used. They worked really hard to find exactly what I wanted for quite a right budget. The online portal was easy to use and I was able to upload all my financial documents and ID really easily.

I dealt with the same person each time on email and telephone which is always helpful, and he was pleasant and professional.

Would highly recommend and will definitely be using them again.

Excellent service. Sam has handled our lease from day one and has been at the end of the phone and extremely helpful with any questions we’ve had. Still can’t believe how quick and easy the whole process has been. I’ve just taken delivery of a brand new Tiguan far cheaper than I thought we could get one for. Would thoroughly recommend without hesitation.

Excellent service from start to finish and what an amazing deal I got. Mike Burton made the whole process very easy and the portal updates were also great. Really enjoying the car now and despite a manufacturer delay it was worth the wait. I'd recommend Select to anyone looking for a lease vehicle!

Excellent service from Shane Cuthbert throughout my order; as a first time leaser I was a bit unsure about taking this route, but he was patient, knowledgable and just generally helpful whenever I had any questions or queries. The rest of the team that I dealt with were equally helpful, and despite a delay in delivery of the car due to a dealer issue, I would certainly use Select and Shane again.

Their customer care is second to none, extremely helpful in every aspect. Super efficient and very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend dealing with this company.

Amazing service. So fast at getting my order through. Voytek was so helpful, the customer service all round was 5 star. Got my car nearly a month sooner than originally quoted as well. Would fully recommend, and have done.

So far a complete waste of time! I ordered my car at the end of jan for delivery in April (which I was told was fine when I placed the order and paid £400 “admin fees” which is a joke as I am the one that has to do the chasing!). Once I had paid the money the date was changed to the end of May when I called them for more info I was told there were no build slots. I was reasonable and agreed although disappointed. My date then changed AGAIN to the 7th June this time when I called they told me mid June! I am expecting a baby and based on their delivery dates I have agreed a sale on my car (which I have already had to MOT and service to the cost of £500 thanks to the delays) as my car isn’t appropriate and now I am going to be left with no car! I have a call tomorrow but I am not holding my breath! Total disappointment do not use them!

Ordered my car in January and was told delivery in April/May which was a wait anyway! Then told June and Now being told July?! Which I’m due to have my baby and wanted to get everything ready and sell my car as mine is not suitable! So now this will not be the case. I am also having absolute terrible customer service from one particular sales representative JAG GILL! I’ve never had such a rude, arrogant experience. The car is having delays and there is no apologies, not happy with this company AT ALL.
