Lake 6 now open as all spawning has finished.

Lake 6 re-opens Thursday morning. The spawning has finished and they have had a few days rest.
Checked with the management and she is happy that Lake 6 is no longer spawning and is ok to re-open with immediate effect. *photo may not display - Facebook issues!!

We love hearing your stories and reports from the lake but we can't always be around to catch the action. If you want to let us know about a recent fishing session down on one of our lakes you can do so via the form on our website.

Lake 6 is closed whilst the fish spawn. Please check our website or Facebook page for any updates as we would hate you to be disappointed when you turn up. Lake 7 is still open as are the other lakes.

Lake 6 Closed due to spawning officially from this evening. We have other lakes available if you turn up to fish. Please give the fish some peace during this time. We will let you know when the lake is reopening.

Extra pics added. Despite the hot weather yesterday the fish were coming out. This stunner was caught by Harrison Brown. Approximately 13lb. Using a 6lb hooklink biscuits loosefeed cut down floater on hook. It was his 1st cast at 7:30. The second smaller fish came shortly after and he had a third fish (no photo). A good result for an evening session. Great fishing Harrison. Harrison ended the weekend with 7 fish all using dog biscuit on the surface over Lake 6 & 7.

Lake 6 Notice - The fish are (finally) spawning. Only a month late! Please respect the fish and leave them to it. Other lakes are still available, but please be mindful that other lakes could also start spawning at any time. We'll post updates as necessary.

20lb to Matt Wilson on L6. Caught at 8:10pm off the surface. Dog biscuits loosefeed and cut down floater glued to hook. 6lb hooklink. Good work Matt. The number of 20’s in Lake 6 is going up.
All the hard work creating a sustainable and well managed fishery is paying off. The fish are clearly loving their habitat.

Season ticket holder caught this Mirror from Lake 6 this afternoon fishing on the bottom despite them all cruising on the surface! Weighed 17lb. Well done Trevor Young.
