1. Pour your flour, eggs, milk and oil into a bowl and whisk until it becomes a smooth batter. 2. Let your batter rest for 30 minutes. 3. Place your pan on the hob and wipe it with some oiled kitchen paper. Put it on medium heat. 4. Once the pan has heated up, fry your pancakes for 1 minute and flip, until each side is golden brown. 5. Dish up with your favourite toppings.
