Shaun'S Lekker Kitchen Description
I was born in Kwa Zulu Natal, South Africa in 1978. After I moved to Ireland in 2001 I started my career as a Chef in 2002, I worked in Ireland as a chef until I moved to Crawley in 2009. When I started as a chef at a 2 Rosette Hotel riving to my current position of Senior Sous chef of this prestigious 518-bedroom hotel.
Food has always been my passion and I aim to become renowned for producing the best South African products on the market. I love living in West Sussex with all it has to offer, and I believe my products will add to the diversity of the region.

Hi guys this week at Redhill market we got vetkoek back no Boerewors rolls. Also please order your fresh Boerewors by Tuesday for pick up as we will be close and on annual leave for the week commencing the 13th and will be back at Redhill market on 23rd so please come and get everything you need this Thursday please.
