Shear Art Picture Framing is based in Waterlooville Hampshire and run by Neil Shearer & Suzie Bucknole, and together we have over 25 years experience in the picture framing industry.

We pride ourselves on offering a quality, friendly & professional service for all aspects of your picture framing needs to suite your budget, whether that being custom bespoke framing, ready made picture frames or just a simple mount to be cut.

We are both artists and understand and take time to ensure our customers needs are met, with a wide range of coloured mounts and 100’s of frames to choose from there is always the right frame for your picture.

We also have a choice of glass to suite your requirements from 2mm normal glass, non-reflective glass, plexi glass and our top of the range UV glass.

Our typical turn around rate is just 7 days, however we can have your worked framed in a shorter time if required.

We frame just about anything, from, Military & Sporting memorabilia, Sports shirts, stretch & lacing of cross stitch & tapestries, canvas paintings, canvas stretching and framing, certificates, prints, photos, batik, silk paintings, box frames, artwork mounting and presentation to name a few.

We can also provide your image on to canvas.

There are special rates on contract picture framing for corporate & businesses, along with discounts to our local artists, and on bulk framing.
