After the one off evening match last night the regular day time games start today in the 6 Nations!
When the two sides met in the championship last year, Scotland avoided an upset by coming from behind to win 29-27 in Rome. Italy have only won eight times in the 29 matches they have played against Scotland, with the Scots winning on 21 occasions.

Proper Pompey pub, with a proper Pompey welcome.

Mum used to run the place when i was a little man :) Still has a place in my heart and its being run really well :) will pop back soon for a pint me thinks and bring mum along :)

Love this pub.... Been a semi regular ever since I moved to the area...... But this evening, I'd Been getting charged a fiver for a sambuca and a voddy red bull in the shepards crook all night... Then when I'm on my last £5.43 I get.charged £5.50.... I don't have enough so the "barman" tips it.down the sink.... How about letting a regular off 7 fucking pence till the next time he pops in instead of costing ur pub £2+ by wasting it??? Some people are so fucking stupid lol....

Love this pub. Friendly staff and a great balance between footy pub on match days and a cracking and welcoming local every other day. Quiz nights on a Thursday are particularly good!

Great pub, even better when Dave Barrett and the bootlegs are there

Great pub recommend to away fans. Great banter and singing before the match. Staff friendly and really switched on.

Called in yesterday after our long drive from Oldham, had a good sing song with the Pompey fans, there was enough staff on for a few beers and generally enjoyed my time in there!! X

Brilliant pub first time in there yesterday and certainly not the last.

Brilliant child friendly pub, with great beer garden. Family Fun Day on Sundays, bouncy castle to keep the kids happy:)

Best pub ever! Amazing staff, free pool, and incredible prices. ����

Been going to the Crook for years! Love it! Friendly, helpful staff, live music! Reasonably priced! Great atmosphere :)

Had a great time last night watching & listening to The Bootlegs. I can only give it 4 stars because the Pub is unfortunately situated next to a miserable whinging neighbour who was complaining about the noise level at 10pm whilst the band were in full swing. I could understand if it were the small hours but ten o clock...! Maybe they should have checked there was a pub there when they moved in.

Great venue just before footie for home and away fans. Top footie on tv screens with beer garden and outdoor covered smoking area.

Always going to this pub (and I live 10 miles away) my wife and I love it cos there is always live music on and the bar rates are pretty good keep bringing in the bands .

Always a good atmosphere on match days, decent bar prices and always enough staff on duty.
