Wishing Richard a memorable 30th birthday! 2 cakes, 2 different flavours. The '3' is apple & cinnamon & the '0' is banana & chocolate chip. Both are covered in Madagascan vanilla buttercream and covered with fondant icing.

Fancy a scrumptious afternoon tea? Well here's a fresh fruit feast to tempt your tastebuds then. A crispy dessert pastry base filled with a creamy Madagascan vanilla crème patissiere and topped with whole fresh strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and juicy cherries. Glazed with a red berry gel to seal in all the delicious flavours. Accompanied by creamy vanilla cupcakes topped with vanilla buttercream coloured a sweet baby pink as requested by the client. The naked cupcakes are a heavenly combination of white chocolate & blueberry. Bon appetit! Such a lovely order to make because of all the different skills involved.

My mother-in-law turned 80 last week and we held a surprise tea party in her honour. In keeping with the theme, her cake was an afternoon tea for one person complete with vanilla and raspberry teapot cake, a slice of cake decorated as a slice of cake (!) and a cup, saucer and plate all made from sugar paste. I can honestly say it's one of the few occasions when I've known her to be lost for words! As always, everything was gluten and wheat free
