my friend and I went for afternoon tea.

it was lovely food. the staff were very attentive and we even took some cakes home.

I was impressed as need to have gluten free and this was no trouble

lovely place to stay, lots to do, great food and very good entertanment. this our 8th time of coming here and never a dull momment

Went for lunch followed by a tea dance. Food was superb value for £12.40 and the two hour tea dance was great fun with plenty of our favourite sequence dances. Looking forward to the next one.

We have stayed here several times in the last few years and have always enjoyed it. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. This time we had refurbished rooms which were lovely, with a walk in shower and a fridge which we found useful. We often come for tribute bands and they are always excellent. The resident entertainers, The Sailaways, are always very good and professional too. The food is excellent and lots of choice. The pool, sauna and steam are good too. We love it.

We have just returned from a great midweek break at this hotel where we went to celebrate my birthday all the staff are warm , friendly and helpful and the entertainment team there is brilliant . We treated ourselves to a Royale room being a celebration which was on the ground floor with a patio and seaview .

The table in the restaurant was a bit cramped at times but the food was good as was our waiter .

Love the new revamped Pavilion Theatre where most of the entertainment takes place . We enjoyed our break so much have already booked several more there

We came here for Xmas last year and had an amazing time. Now we have just had a week here and had a great time again, will be coming back again next year hopefully. Nothing is to much trouble for the staff here, they are ALL very polite and professional. Would recomend To anyone . Fab Place.

Stayed for 3 day weekend.

As usual check in very easy. Arrived early and given key but advised to wait until 3 to go to room.

Had snack in bar and room ready at 2:30.



Very clean and comfortable Garden Chalet.



Leisure centre well equipped and friendly professional staff.



Table allocation for dinner and theatre easy and efficient.



Food choices and quality very good throughout our stay. Our waiter was Nico who was a "character".



The entertainment team were very talented and approachable. ABBA tribute on Friday excellent.



Neil Diamond and Shirley Bassey tributes were fantastic.



Good value for money and already planning further visits.



Previously stayed at Lakeside and both are well worth a visit.

Omg!! Didn’t know this place was so close ! Friendly staff lovely afternoon tea , looked at the activities menu ! I will defiantly be back ! Just perfect for a couple or group getaway!! Can’t wait to return

Lovely holiday over end of July beginning of August, lovely room overlooking the harbour/estuary. Staff so helpful, peaceful surroundings and great food and facilities.

Having a fantastic time here at Sinah. Lovely company, great staff and accommodation. Good food and marvellous weather. Like being on the Med. Will definitely be back.��

Have been to Sinah Warren several times and always have a great time. Rooms, staff, food and entertainment is always excellent. Will definitely be going back again.

Had a lovely relaxing weekend here, found the place lovely and friendly very clean and tidy, food was very good as was the entertainment. Will definitely be back soon.

Excellent food, superb ground floor accommodation (although tended to be very warm with little ventilation and no A/C over a very warm Bank Holiday weekend), lovely grounds,excellent staff providing service that was second to none. The entertainment on our visit was Brian Conley(brilliant) very ably supported by the resident Sailaways and entertainers who worked hard at entertaining the residents and both received terrific encores.. Lounge entertainment was also very good.

This is a awesome place to meet people, make friends, relax and enjoy yourself.

Expensive, no, worth every penny.

Excellent food, superb accommodation, lovely grounds, private foreshore, service was second to none. The entertainment was The Rolling Clones and Bowie Starman the weekend we stayed and they were brilliant. They were good technically, worked hard at entertaining the residents and both received terrific encores.

A great place to stay,staff are very helpful and want you to enjoy your stay

Just returned from another excellent weekend with our group .As usual we had a very good time entertainment was brilliant .Late night entertainment in the bar was great especially James . Thee only problem was the seats in the ballroom not very comfortable .

Not our best visit here. Our room was in the attic and set up for one person not a couple and the velux window wouldn't open as no stick! Dining room was chaotic at the carvery and breakfast but food was quite good. Our waiter was excellent. The plates didn't always feel clean and some were visibly dirty. The entertainment was brilliant but the seating we were on was waiting to be lowered.

Would come here again but would check bedroom first.
