Saw our sauce at a rave yesterday! CC’s Street food and catering did the best jerk and curry! Milwaukees smashed it another great night! We only lasted till 10:30pm tho, not as young as we used to be and aching badly today 😂👴

Going through my old photos, that's my mate and his daughter helping me label stock for the BBC Good Food Show in 2014, although she has more on her face than the bottles! it's late at night hence the wine. I won a competition and got a stall for free. It took me 2 months to make enough stock for that show. He helped me loads in the beginning. I kind of miss those days, everything was so hectic. We worked so so hard and so many hours (still do tbh).
The roasted red pepper ketchup has literally been a revelation tonight!! Never again will I buy tomato ketchup! This stuff is beyond awesome, I'm off to buy a crate of the stuff. Please don't ever stop making it!!!

Tasted the banana ketchup in the butchers and it was amazing but somebody had already been in and purchased the lot! Ended up with Smokey Naga and its the best hot sauce i have tasted by a long way.

Incredible tasting sauces that will blow your breakfast mind on a sunday morning, or any other morning for that matter.
The Hot Banana Ketchup on a bacon sarnie is as good as it gets. Excellently fruity with a good but not too vicious kick leaving your taste buds tingling and wanting more. An excellent product from a thoroughly nice bloke.

Cheapest high quality sauce around. Worth the extra quid on other brands. Sweet, smokey but understated. The chili does the talking but doesn't kick your arse. Nice to have a sauce where the flavour of the chili jumps out first and the heat follows behind. Great stuff
Brought the brown sauce, banana ketchup and the mustard from grill stock Manchester, amazing could not stop going on about the brown sauce lol
Arrived at work this morning to a fab surprise....Sinclair condiments goodies,thanks to Mark for bringing them in.now roll on dinner time to try them out :)
