The idea for SixStarsUK was one that was born out of frustration. Frustration at the plight of our beloved Blackpool FC and frustration that the range of merchandise sold in the club shop was so limited.
From there we decided that if we were going to do this, we would only make things that WE would wear ourselves. It isn't about just fashion. It is about producing a product that we could be proud of.
I have been a Blackpool fan as long as I can remember. I attended my first game at a 5 year old. I spent many years sitting in the Family Stand in the old West Stand with my Dad and Grandad. I have seen the highs and a great many lows. Seen the dizzying heights from the top of the Premier League and the pits of struggles at the bottom of the old Division 3.
The current predicament our club is in saddens me. So much so that I no longer attend games at Bloomfield Road. Make no mistake, this is not because I don't care. Far from it. I care too much. This is why I'm part of the #NotAPennyMore protest. THIS is why SixStarsUK exists. To provide you with quality that you deserve without feeling like you have been treated like a cash cow. WE ARE JUST LIKE YOU!
Thankfully, Blackpool have a proud history to call upon so coming up with ideas for our designs wasn't hard. We hope to bring you a range of products that will not only look good but make you remember some of the fantastic moments of our wonderful club.
