Without a doubt my favourite place to dine, great management and great friendly team of staff, amazing quality food. Owner is such a great friendly guy and always happy to chat to customers.

Went here on 5th April for my sons 5th anniversary of him passing.

Everything was perfect and we loved it.

The food and service was excellent and Ben the manager was very attentive to our needs.

The band was awsome highly recommend suzzle and shake

We had a lovely experience there. I always prefer to make up my own mind. The Diner was fabulous. The staff were lovely and were very helpful. The food we ordered was hot and very tasty. They even offered to move some tables, so we could dance. Thank you x

We enjoyed a really lovely family dinner for my daughters 12th birthday. Booked a table for 10 at short notice. Was able to adjust the table booking time as we were running late. All our food needs were catered for even our fussy eater daughter. Food met our expectations and then some. All of us enjoyed our meals. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Really great atmosphere. Love the quirky style restaurant and listening to the old tunes I was bought up listening to.

Only one request that would benefit the restaurant would be to have baby changing facilities/area as my sister-in-law changed my niece on her lap in the toilet.

Great place to take children as the milkshakes are tasty and look great and all the food has a kiddy size option!!

My friend booked here for a birthday meal tonight, we had a fantastic night the service was friendly and chilled we werent rushed just the right pace of service. Meals were tasty and live music was great, my little girl really enjoyed the dancing and so did the whole resturant. Thanks for a great evening. Just had the most amazing hotdogs and milk shakes at Sizzle n Shake American Diner with Izzy... The staff were wonderful, service great and all at a very reasonable price! I will defiantly be back soon 👏👍😊 if you’ve not been yet you should most defiantly give it a try

Just got back from our valentine’s dinner and absolutely LOVED this restaurant! The food was amazing, the staff were lovely and the restaurant itself is so unique and really nicely decorated! Will definitely be going back! Thank you for a lovely night ��� very full! Look forward to trying all the other food on the menu! Oh and I bought a bottle of the hot sauce... just tried a tiny bit! Wow �� haha

I just had a wonderful lunch here with my son and Baby! Our waitress was super friendly. Lovely decor, great music playing accompanied but delicious food and gorgeous milkshakes! This was definitely our first visit of many! We loved it!!

Great food, great drinks, especially the cocktails, great staff and great atmosphere. Can’t wait to go again.

First time visiting here for dinner with my family and we were very impressed. Great atmosphere, very relaxed and friendly. Answered my questions about food preparation honestly and were very accommodating with dietary requirements and fussy eaters ! Food was really good, everyone left very happy and very full.

Booked here for hubby’s birthday , really easy to locate great little spot really lovely inside with all the retro American memorabilia, music was great loved hearing all the classics, food was great loved the corn dogs and Oreo milkshake, staff were great really friendly I would definitely come back all our friends loved it so very happy customers and birthday boy . �

I thought that the food was not of good enough quality to warrant the prices add to that that there ants crawling along the inside of the window and floor, all in all, wasn’t impressed. Also as I had a toddler with me, staff weren’t very accommodating in changes to fixed menu and even sauces are charged for!! The idea is great but maybe a bit more attention to quality and hygiene and not such high prices

Ate here this week, burgers were dry had to add copious amounts of sauce and were over cooked, chips undercooked still hard in the middle, ended up with an upset stomach! The base of my glass was dirty-only realised after a drank my drink the dirt was hard to come off around the base so I dread to think what may of been in the glass!

Unfortunately for me I can make better burgers at home or would of rathered a more authentic wimpy which has more flavour.

Costs for a burger with no chips is a bit steep.

Table sauces are poor quality, the theming is trying too hard like you went to argos and bought your tablewear and for an American restaurant I think you should rethink your plain sodas perhaps get some imports in same with the desserts.

Visited three times now I think this will definitely be the last.

My relative joined me on my last visit and gave an even harsher review and shared some advice with you previously none of which you seem to take on, she had said she was in the trade herself.

There's so much more I could say...

Returning three times I had hoped it was 1) teething issues 2)just a bad day 3) you've given me an upset tummy that's the last straw.

As others have said cheap food, ingredients and accessories for a premium price.

you have already turned off my comments on all other posts and you have 26 poor and terrible reviews on one other independent site and at least 11 1 and 2 star reviews on another additional site i can only be honest and base things on my real experience Be careful as they block honest comments on posts but cannot stop the real poor reviews I wish i had read the terrible and poor reviews on the internet before i went with my partner for the evening buffet the place is very small you have to book in advance and pay a deposit which is fine if the food or drink were any good firstly we ordered our drinks which were meant to be coke which we had to send back as they were fizzy water and they replaced them and they still did not taste of coke the buffet was meant to open at 6pm which i booked a table for the food was not ready until about 6.20 as they were still cooking it this has to rank as some of the worst food i have ever tasted with the smallest selection of food imagable the burgers were raw inside which we advised the manager/owner about he tried to tell us it is paprika inside them and not raw meat which anyone that cooks food could tell that was not paprika the rest of the food was either bland or had a odd taste to it like a cheap value range from somewhere to their credit they did not charge us for the food and refunded the deposit but i would not wish anyone to eat something so bad and i travelled 1 hour to get here as i had never seen an american buffet dinner in the uk maybe this is why thanks but you have already turned off my comments on all other posts and you have 26 poor and terrible reviews on one other independent sites and at least 11 1 and 2 star reviews on another additional site i can only be honest and base things on my real experience

Spoke to manager today who was very polite but was trying to dodge blame My family as a hole spent 240 pounds plus tips. The food was not the standard of food u excpect for the price u hade to pay. If it was of high quality this review would be different as resturnt itself is quriky and different and staff was lovley.ohh I forget there was no baby changing facilities and I got told u change my child on the seating area where people where eating. This issue needs to be sorted as that was uncomtaftable for me as a mum.

The idea is great but maybe a bit more attention to quality and hygiene and not such high prices

Ate here this week, burgers were dry had to add copious amounts of sauce and were over cooked, chips undercooked still hard in the middle, ended up with an upset stomach! The base of my glass was dirty-only realised after a drank my drink the dirt was hard to come off around the base so I dread to think what may of been in the glass!

Unfortunately for me I can make better burgers at home or would of rathered a more authentic wimpy which has more flavour.

Costs for a burger with no chips is a bit steep.

Table sauces are poor quality, the theming is trying too hard like you went to argos and bought your tablewear and for an American restaurant I think you should rethink your plain sodas perhaps get some imports in same with the desserts.

Visited three times now I think this will definitely be the last.

My relative joined me on my last visit and gave an even harsher review and shared some advice with you previously none of which you seem to take on, she had said she was in the trade herself.

There's so much more I could say...

Returning three times I had hoped it was 1) teething issues 2)just a bad day 3) you've given me an upset tummy that's the last straw.

As others have said cheap food, ingredients and accessories for a premium price.

you have already turned off my comments on all other posts and you have 26 poor and terrible reviews on one other independent site and at least 11 1 and 2 star reviews on another additional site i can only be honest and base things on my real experience Be careful as they block honest comments on posts but cannot stop the real poor reviews I wish i had read the terrible and poor reviews on the internet before i went with my partner for the evening buffet the place is very small you have to book in advance and pay a deposit which is fine if the food or drink were any good firstly we ordered our drinks which were meant to be coke which we had to send back as they were fizzy water and they replaced them and they still did not taste of coke the buffet was meant to open at 6pm which i booked a table for the food was not ready until about 6.20 as they were still cooking it this has to rank as some of the worst food i have ever tasted with the smallest selection of food imagable the burgers were raw inside which we advised the manager/owner about he tried to tell us it is paprika inside them and not raw meat which anyone that cooks food could tell that was not paprika the rest of the food was either bland or had a odd taste to it like a cheap value range from somewhere to their credit they did not charge us for the food and refunded the deposit but i would not wish anyone to eat something so bad and i travelled 1 hour to get here as i had never seen an american buffet dinner in the uk maybe this is why thanks but you have already turned off my comments on all other posts and you have 26 poor and terrible reviews on one other independent sites and at least 11 1 and 2 star reviews on another additional site i can only be honest and base things on my real experience

Went here on Sunday had a terrible experience to say the least . Half the food was cold,cheap bought in sauces and the worse pancakes I've ever had .to top it off I was so Ill the next day. Spoke to manager today who was very polite but was trying to dodge blame My family as a hole spent 240 pounds plus tips. The food was not the standard of food u excpect for the price u hade to pay. If it was of high quality this review would be different as resturnt itself is quriky and different and staff was lovley.ohh I forget there was no baby changing facilities and I got told u change my child on the seating area where people where eating. This issue needs to be sorted as that was uncomtaftable for me as a mum.
