My treatment room is in East Preston, West Sussex but my services are also mobile so I can provide treatments in the comfort of your own home. Reflexology is a fantastic treatment to help you to relax, un-wind and bring your body back into homeostasis (balance). First treatments cost £35.00 which includes a medical consultation a...nd a 45 minute treatment. Follow on treatments are £30.00. Home visits in the surrounding areas are £35.00, there may be additional costs for further travelling. I am also a qualified Foot Health Practitioner and can provide mobile or in clinic foot health treatments for nail cutting, corn and callus removal, verrucae treatment, diabetic foot health management etc. Basic foot health treatment is £22.00 and a full treatment and assessment is £32.00. I also provide a Gel Nail Varnish service. Gel Nail Varnish is extremely popular due to its durability, it can last for up to 4 weeks without chipping. Normally I hate people touching my feet but as I'm pregnant I thought I'd try as a relaxation option and I have to say I absolutely loved it, I also loved finding out about Sam's findings on my feet it's very interesting to learn about. I shall be making regular visits from now on! Fantastic �

She listened carefully to all my aliments and then worked her magic. I found the treatment very relaxing in her lovely room. Sam explained what she found even the bone I'd broken over 10 years ago, just shows how much detail she goes into. I will definitely be back soon! Keep up the amazing work Sam!

I started going to Sam after suffering with Hypremesis in Pregnancy. My body was tired and exhausted and I wanted to do something natural for me rather than rely on the medication. After the first treatment I felt awful where she had found so many things that needed 'resetting' but after a good sleep and buckets of water I started noticing the difference. Its amazing the magic she works and couldn't recommend her more! Looking forward to continuing reflexology throughout my pregnancy and once baby is here!

My toenails look great with pretty flowers hand painted on them ready to show them off in the sun!

I have been having my gel nails done by Sam for a good 6 months. She is very professional and my nails always look gorgeous. The gel is brilliant because it doesnt chip and having a small child its great!

Highly recommended - Thank you for my pregnancy treatment yesterday, at nearly 39 weeks this was my 2nd treatment with Sam helping to encourage natural labour & a bit of me time before bump arrives. It was very interesting to hear what she found & could feel all from working on my feet which fascinates me. Baby was wriggling around during the treatment which was a great feeling, I had quite swollen feet & ankles when I arrived but after the treatment this had reduced, after both treatments now I have been able to have a very relaxing nap & last night had a great nights sleep, even considering the expanding bump, thank you Sam, looking forward to next week, let's get the baby moving.

Highly recommend Sam for her amazing treatments. I am convinced that the treatments helped in the safe and very quick first labour of my baby girl. I will continue to go to Sam post pregnancy and can't wait for my next treatment!!

Firstly, Sam is so lovely so you immediately feel relaxed. The location is very clean and calm with lots of free parking. Sam listened to all of my history and why I wanted to try reflexology with genuine interest. The treatment was spot on and so relaxing. A lovely treatment, by a lovely lady. I will be returning for more. �
