Last Crawley Dojo Classes of 2018 will be, - Friday 21st December 2018
... SKF Dojo Crawley will be closed on the following dates from; Saturday 22nd December 2018 to and including; Friday 4th January 2019 ***Exception to this is Joe Bullen S&C Sessions

Tomorrow is all about supporting those who are being bullied online. 60% of young people say they have witnessed cyberbullying.
We are talking to our members all week about how to recognise and deal with bullying.

my daughter started karate/kick boxing at the beginning of this year, Daniella has been diagnosed with dyspraxia and autism disorder and she also has hypermobility, she has issues with her feet, with every day to day things, she finds it difficult to connect with more than one person at a time. since she has started at the dojo, she has gone from an emotional , quite and no enthuasim, to a very happy, has made friends, more enthusiastic, she doesn't like to miss a lesson. we have noticed she is more confident at home, and has grown into a more confident girl at school also. she is now on her yellow belt, and feels very proud that finally she can achieve something for herself, by herself. we are very proud of Daniella and couldn't ask for a better place for her to be.
