Where to even start! We decided to book our Class Christmas get together at Sky High and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful throughout the whole booking/paying process. 110% would recommend Sky High for a party. The kids had the best time! Thank you so so much to the staff, and our party host J (not sure on he’s name) #IvyClass2017

We took our youth theatre company and their families along to bounce for ten years in business, wanting silliness and joy to be part of our birthday celebrations. Natasha, Jason and their staff were absolutely superb from the initial enquiry stage through to the fun packed trampoline session this morning. We had an after bounce party and the cafe staff supported us entirely with assisting with refreshments. Highly recommend the Sky High experience!

We love this place! Bounce fit with Ria is great fun on a Monday & our daughter enjoys jump club on Wednesdays, we make full use of the occasional offers & enjoy coming to have fun with our two children, the place is clean & well staffed, highly recommended from us all x

We just wanted to say a huge big thank you to you all from C.A.T.S club the kids (and staff !!) loved it. We will definitely be back for another visit. Your staff were fab with the kids and really helpful. Special thanks to Sophie for getting it all booked in for us x

We had my daughters party here at the weekend. She loves the place and the staff are always so helpful and friendly.

Our party host - Dan - was absolutely brilliant. He was friendly, funny and was there with everything we needed and was amazing with the kids, playing games, as well as helping with the set up and clearing up. Couldn't fault him at all. Thanks everyone! �

Visited yesterday for the first time. Went to the toddler bounce for my 4 year old and 1.5 year old. We had a fantastic time all had great time. Was perfect for the young ones. Not top busy. Worked out great value. Staff very friendly and helpful

Took two of my grandsons there, aged 11 and 13, they had a fab time and we all finished off with toasted ham and cheese toasties and latti, which were great. All staff in café and in main trampoline area were great too, very friendly and helpful,cafe staff were very busy but coped extremely well and kept their cool.Proper food too.

Thank you sky high for saving my sons birthday yesterday after his bouncy castle was cancelled due to the high winds. A last minute phone call yesterday morning and we managed to get a bounce session for the kids and in the times we had the party booked in. It was his first time at sky high and he loved it xxx

Thank you sky high for an amazing birthday party. The boys loved it and I can highly recommend to anyone thinking about booking. the party host was brilliant and the reception staff are fantastic. See you all again soon!

My son is severely autistic and the manager worked really hard to accommodate him. He loves going but doesn’t understand the rules so I have to heavily police him. I think the best interests of all customers are considered and the difficulty of special needs children mixing with neurotypical kids is handled really diplomatically and fairly there 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

My husband and I thought we would give the open bounce a go on New Years Eve having recently established that you even existed. We had a great time however it highlighted how unfit we both are. Therefore I have gone ahead and booked my first BounceFit class for this coming week so really looking forward to that. I must admit I didn’t think I would ache quite as much but both myself and Mark are feeling it today 😲

Many thanks to the awesome staff at Sky High � We visited last night with the kids from where I work, and the staff were - as always - fantastic! Friendly, helpful, polite and not at all phased by some of the behaviours displayed by some of our more needy students. Always make us feel welcome at every visit and I couldn’t recommend more!

Took my own children to the toddler bounce last week too and they were just as fantastic then - what a great bunch of young people! Thank you and see you again soon! �

I took my scouts to Sky High this afternoon. The park is clean, tidy and well equipped. The staff and management couldn't have been more welcoming and made a huge effort to make the group feel special like our visit mattered to them. Nothing was too much trouble. A reasonably priced cafe with viewing area from which you could see the whole bounce area made it very easy for us leaders too. Couldn't recommend it highly enough for a stress free visit for scouts and similar groups. We will be back.

I enjoy the weekly Bounce Fit classes and my daughter loves the open bounce! Today we combined both, after my morning class I popped upstairs for a drink (which I don't usually do) while she bounced and the staff upstairs in the cafe are as lovely and helpful as the ones downstairs! Such a great customer experience right across the whole place! While I'm upstairs with a drink my daughter is downstairs bouncing around with one of the staff playing games - just brilliant!

Had my sons party here yesterday and i would highly recommend to anyone, he had a great time. Was so straight forward, George was great with all the kids, really interacted with the children and constantly asked us if everything was ok. Thank you for making it a smooth day x

Had a fantastic time yesterday for my sons 9th Birthday with his friends. We arrived at 4pm and had the whole place to ourselves - bearing in mind it was during the heatwave!

The staff were amazing and so accommodating - due to the extreme temperature in there they offered us to move to a party room which was cooler and provided us with drinks. Thank you so much!�

Fantastic evening, Children With Cancer Fund - Polegate were made so welcome, from the first inquiry with David to the organisational skill and passion of Sophie, as well as the awesome Pizzas + Hot dogs that Phoebe and the catering staff sorted.
