We here at The Slug and Lettuce Beckenham work hard to make sure that there is always something going on, with 50% off food Monday's, £20 for a house bottle of wine and a sharing platter on Wednesday's, Thursday we offer £11. 45 for our bottles of wine and kids eat for £1 on Sunday!
Weekends give way to a slightly livelier atmosphere, With 2-4-1 Cocktails from 4pm to 10pm on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. So why not come down and enjoy a few cocktails or even an evening meal?

What an amazing night for vip guests the place looks stunning your staff are so hot oh yes all of you are so amazingly friendly and we would recommend a good good nite here. food is out of this world please it's a must try for all locals don't miss out! Also if u buy 2 of the same cocktail amazingly u pay for only 1 wow xx DON'T DELAY POP IN AND SEE THE AMAZEMENT
We recently had our Dyno Rod/Plumbing Christmas party at your venue. I will say that it was a fantastic evening and your staff are a credit to your business. Special thanks go to your Door Staff especially a lady who helped one of our colleagues who was taken ill at the venue, she waited with her until the ambulance arrived. I went with a small group of ladies to the Slug and Lettuce in Beckenham for a Hen Do last night! The staff was great, the food was to die for and the atmosphere was fantastic! Nikki delivered a fun Cocktail Masterclass and the chef stopped by for a chat and a dance later on! Totally would recommend!
Fantastic pub, had some wonderful nights/meals/gatherings.
We are a big family - The slug has been on answer to so many events abs get together ! Great buffet menu. Staff are always FABULOUS!!! This year we have held a baby shower, 2 birthdays, easter get together and yesterday a Merry Christmas munch !!! Every single time it's ran perfect !!!! Thank you Slug & Lettuce Beckenham
Came here for the first time for my birthday. Manager was exceptional, she was amazing and made me feel special even though it was just me and my sister. Will come back with all the girls for a big night out xxx
Best cocktail bar in beckenham! 2 4 1 all day everyday. Delightful staff especially Justine the manager. Great team always helpful and friendly. Jamie the DJ will make your night a banger! Go!
Another fabulous NYE evening at the Slug at Beckenham hosted by the amazing Justine and her hard working professional team. They worked like absolute troopers last night - along with the security team who helped make the evening go smoothly. Looking forward to returning at the next opportunity.
i went on Saturday for my boyfriend's birthday. It's a good bar and I really enjoyed the music, but it was soooo busy! At times it took about 30 minutes to get a drink. There were only 3 members of staff on the bar which seemed crazy for a Saturday night
We went to the Slug and Lettuce in Beckenham on Monday Evening as they have a special deal of 50% off of food. The service we received was very good. Staff making sure that we had everything we needed, serving our food promptly and with a smile.
Only went there for a cocktail which was very good.Will go back
Nice lively place, good music but why the cocktails when it’s sooooo busy? Had to wait 20 mins to get a glass of wine and incidentally the glass smelt dirty , not good
Needed somewere to eat before going to the pictures . Lovley and reasonale priced food dishes hot tasted lovley .
Me and my friend had a great night. However ruined by the very rude security man at the door. It was raining I was waiting for the Uber and I have never known anything like it. The man was rude.
The actual bar is lovely, however staff member did not know how to serve Pimms and was rude. Customer service 0 and it wasn't even busy
Staff rude walked in sat down walked out..... DON'T GO......
Since changing the management it's seem the current standard has dropped.
Menu is smaller with very little to choose from and food wasn't great when it did arrive, I don't think we will be returning to the once very enjoyable place to eat and drink with friends and family. Sad....
Horrified that the lady behind the bar refused a homeless man some hot water for his hot water bottle
Extremely poor service for the young people I had with me, but were completely fine to me - rude female manager who refused to serve them because 'they didn't look 21' despite being 26 and in their work clothes! They clearly just don't like young people in this branch. Ended up leaving and going elsewhere, I don't want to go where my entire group isn't welcome!
