Great service all the way through! It’s a lovely friendly family run business and you can tell David and Nicola really value their staff and customers. David couldn’t have been more knowledgeable and helpful and managed to market and sell my house within two weeks! Throughout the whole process I was always Kept up to date by the team and they really went out of their way to sort out any issues I had with anything. Big shoutout to Katie who was brilliant a lovely, friendly and polite girl who really did give fantastic service and kept me calm when issues arose from no fault of smartmove. From the moment we first walked into Smartmove and spoke to David, up to the point we collected our keys from them (Our new home was sold through Smartmove) they have been superb. Our move wasn't the easiest, as our buyers buyers, pulled out just before contracts were signed in early May, but through it all the team were great and were always calling giving us updates every week. Eventually all was resolved and after 6 long months we could move into our new house.

This review could go on & on, but I can't give David, Nicola, Kay & Katie enough credit.

If we ever move again � we will definitely be using Smartmove.

Amazing service from Smartmove - we bought from them recently and if it wasn't for the support and chasing that Katie was doing for us then we would have lost our mind with bad communication from solicitors. I hope not to move house again but if I do I will speak with Smartmove first.
