What a long day and a great start to 2019 for Smilers Removals and Storage. Full move down to Stamford then across to Hereford to bring a full move back to our storage facilities. More long distance removals and full pack and moves booked in for this week and next as well.

Today we helped my good friend Vinnie from VK Removals in Ireland. Loaded him fully then sent him on his way home. Customers and Vinnie well happy and another example of making good friends in this industry and helping each other make our job easier 😁

Smilers Removals and Storage does it again ..... customer orders 2 x super king size beds to a town house and the delivery team could not get them up the stairs. After a thorough risk assessment of the upper balcony and the safety check for my staff we decided to proceed with the only available option. End result was extremly happy customers. We must warn you not to attempt this type of delivery without conducting a proper risk assessment and safety first with experienced staff 😁

Very tough day today with 2 house to house removals and a move out of storage. Nothing went to the exact plan but we ploughed through it and come out trumps in the end. Ended up with 3 extremely happy customers which is always our main aim. Just proves that a 10 year family run business can succeed in this tough industry. Smilers Removals and Storage 😁

What a day. Busy busy with removals especially moving the biggest 9ft x 4ft sofa ive seen down 3 flights of stairs. On the plus side we have another store now added to our delivery network... just proves that word of mouth and recomendations are far more effective 😁

Very impressed with this company, my mother and step father is moving home and has just bought 2 excellant quality leather sofas and a double bed at very reasonable price. They were very quick in delivering these and the lads were very polite and friendly , would recommend to anyone and would be the first place to go if I need anything.

Used smilers for the first time on Monday to move house. The 2 guys that came were friendly, efficient and went way above and beyond! It took them no time at all to get the van loaded and unloaded and into the new house. Nothing was an issue for them. Defo recommend and would use again!! Xx

Used Smilers today to collect a marble dining table and coffee table from Harvey's. The dining table weighed a ton, 18 stone just for the table top alone. The lads were brilliant. I was worried because it was so heavy that it would get damaged but not so. They got it in the house and installed it in place. Absolutely worth every penny. I would definitely use them again and recommended them to anyone needing removals

Today smilers moved my mum in law into her new bungalow. I just want to say a huge thank you to the lads that did it. I couldn't fault them in any way so helpful with packing and unloading at the other end. Would highly recommend you to all my friends and family thank you once again. Lynn Nixon

Smilers were fantastic! I would not hesitate to recommend them. I used them for the first time today for my grandparents move into sheltered housing and were brilliant. No hassle to book, excellent price, arrived spot on time, very trusting, Adam and Anth were brilliant lads and not only did the move go without a hitch, the lads just went above and beyond. They made a nervous 82 year old who hasn't moved in 50+ years much more comfortable and even wished her happiness in her new home. Thank you

Our family used this company today to move our elderly parents into an extra care apartment and I can not praise them highly enough.Two young men Anth and Adam were extremely professional and very respectful and courteous throughout the whole time they were there.They were very understanding of the trauma my mother was going through moving from her home of 50 years, but they were so patient with her and with us her family. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.This company are very lucky to have such ambassadors.

OUTSTANDING! Used Smilers Removals for my house move last week. Service was second to none! Nothing was to much trouble and the price was unbelievably competitive. Full house moved and not one damaged or broken item, the guys even worked till 9pm to make sure they got everything in for me. They even helped me dispose of the bulky rubbish that had been left behind by the previous owner.

My parents used these lads on Tuesday to move from their family home into rented accommodation until they find their next house as they are down sizing. The rented accommodation is a 3rd floor apartment. Care and consideration was taken with every item of furniture,box and bag that they brought up. Nothing was too much trouble, helping to put the dining table back together, sorting the washing machine so it was just ready to be plumbed in and their sheet ability to recognise that the 3 seater settee "will definitely for through the door!"

Lovely lads, very professional and extremely helpful. So much so that when my parents do get their new house and have to move again....without a doubt we will be using this company again!

It was the first time I used Smilers today, to move some furniture for me and the lads were friendly guys, very efficient and the price was worth every penny! I would highly recommend Smilers removals and I will definitely be using them again in the very near future.

I used smilers to move a couple of weeks ago , they were absolutely brilliant , the move fell through the week before at the final hour but wasn't a problem for smilers , they just told me to ring when things were sorted , very good price and made the move so much easier and less stressful , highly recommend

Honestly can’t thank these guys enough today. Efficient, careful, friendly, hard working lads moved me and my daughter today. Nothing was a bother for them they were recommended to me by a friend and I can’t reccommend them enough to anyone wanting to move House!!!!

Fantastic service, highly recommend. Really helpful and went the extra mile to make sure our move was nice and easy. Even managed to squeeze us in the next day (a busy Saturday) to meet us at IKEA and take our new furniture home!

Fantastic service from start to finish. I called them at 12.00pm, and although they had a very busy day they still had time to fit me in and they arrived at 4pm!!! How many other removals arrive just 4 hours after a call!! ... None!

Can't thank them enough, they went way beyond what I expected and made the move a very smooth one, I can’t rate these lads highly enough ..... 10 / 10. I will definately use them for my next removal...and I'll have a cup of tea ready the next time :D

Absolutely fantastic, couldn't be faulted. My purchase didn't go through on the day as planned so the guys kept my 2 van fulls of belongings and put them in storage for me over the weekend until my purchase completed 3 days later.
