SmilesPT is a mobile personal training business founded and run by Carly, a qualified Personal Trainer based in Dover. It's designed for men and women of all ages who are looking to improve their health, who may need that little bit of extra motivation or guidance.
My aim is to encourage and educate people about living a healthy lifestyle by providing bespoke personal training programmes, nutritional advice and regular health screenings.
Whether you like to train outdoors or in the comfort of your own home, I can accommodate for both with an array of equipment supplied to help keep your training sessions fun and varied.
