This is due to a report coming in that a racoon wearing a tuxedo broke into the ol' vape mill after drinking too many pinacoladas at around 3am this morning and stole the answer sheet. Went in today to ask for a tank and the advice and costumer service was amazing will deffo be my vaping shop from now on

Went in to get a new mod and some liquid and it was amazing! The guys are great and supportive and helpful! They have a wide knowledge and know what they are talking about! Great place! Great people! What else is there to want!

Went here on a whim whilst visiting the area and was thoroughly impressed - much much better than my local vape shops.

Such a welcoming bunch of people. So helpful, explaining everything and answering any question. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone new or experienced.

So I dipped in today after being stock less for a month, the guys were incredibly welcoming, especially as a lone woman who was very nervous! They got me to take a seat, browse the menus, have a chat, go over the flavours I liked, tried quite a few, they were incredibly proffesional, the decor is on point and very relaxed! They were sure to be 100% about customer service! And offered to even charge my batteries. Location was easy! Central reading, off the bus routes. Next to subway, so much easier to get to then most! Great to pop in for a cheeky vape and drink! I will go back to try their Victorian lemonade! � thanks guys for making me feel welcome. Definitely coming back here rather than online! X

Originally went there because the late opening hours makes it possible to go after work. Went to get a mod kit to quit smoking (now one month cigarette-free), everything was explained and was set up with what I needed, and couldn't be happier with my Tarot Pro and Cleito Exo. The guys even went out of their way to sell me some liquid this weekend even though the shop is technically shut for building work. Couldn't recommend enough; there's no reason to go anywhere else in Reading. Looking forward to the official opening of the new shop once its finished.

If you’re new to vaping, I cannot overstate how welcoming and friendly this place is. I was always put off the slightly “clinical” look of other vapes shop, but this place feels like an old fashioned speakeasy. Really comfortable atmosphere, and I especially love the leather armchairs by the chess board.

I think what I liked most was that I wasn't sold the most expensive vape but the one I genuinely needed which wasn't that expensive. So yeah, great shop, great shop, lovely staff xxx

Easily one of the best Vape cafés ever! The guys are knowledgeable, eager to help and never trying to sell you something, just happy to have a chat and see what you've got going on. Great stock and happy to order you anything in. Number 1 Vape Mecca!

Definitely the best Vape Shop out there. So many flavours to try. And very friendly staff. Pro tip. You get a free coffee when you buy a liquid.

Couldn’t recommend this place enough, so friendly and welcoming, never been to a place before where they dont force selling onto you and it’s such a nice and relaxed vibe

Around 2 weeks ago I went to vapouriz vape-store in Chichester, they "apparently" sold me a great vape that would never break. Well within 5 days it broke and wasn't able to be fixed without a hefty bill. I went to smoke and mirrors and in 2 day I was sent a state of the art vape and liquids also with a warranty! A better smoke and a better way! I highly recommend this place unless you want your suit jacket to smell of salted caramel from your vape exploding in your pocket. SMOKE AND MIRRORS ALL THE WAY!!
