Thank you to the brilliant staff at the farnborough store today including the security man at the door, my son is 9 and has autism he was so very excited to meet Heatblast instore today and was running jumping and screaming with excitement. You were all fantastic with him took time to chat to him, look at his omnitrix watch he was wearing and the new heatblast figure he was buying. His word where BEST day ever and i walked away a very relaxed happy mummy.

Thank you to Connor- whom went out of his way to help us find one of the presents my daughter has asked for for Christmas. Thank you so much, you will have made our daughters Christmas!
