I was only in for 5 minutes but staff very helpful and polite and pointed me in the direction to what I was looking for.

terrible service and manager at milton keynes store, refused refund based on item being opened, it was the manager that open it , i mean what the hell ??? never buying from this company again. i suggest smyths get in touch fast as im getting my bank and trading standards involved

Wouldn't shop here again now. Have a faulty Xbox controller just over 12 months old. It wasn't to pricey to start with but expected an item would last longer than this. Have contacted customer services to be told not there problem. We'll be going elsewhere for Xmas and other gifts from now on. I wouldn't buy anything electrical from here.

Terrible service from the store manager this weekend!! Products priced wrongly & the store manager was more interested in chatting up a young girl who was handing in her CV than apologising to us and honouring the price difference!!! WONT be shopping here again! Bring back ToysRus!!!!!!!!

Rude, unhelpful, and totally disinterested in customer service. I will not recommend or use this toy store in the future.

I always buy birthday and Christmas presents from here... never had a problem.... however I bought a 1000 prices disney princess puzzle from here and it has 11 prices missing... I called the store and asked them if anything can be done as I cannot find the receipt (said it 3 times) for the girl to say bring it up the manager will look it over I responded with so will it get exchanged even without receipt and she said yes... got up there for the manager to tell me with no recipt nothing can be done... I have worked in retail and I know if you scan the item it will give you the time and date the item was sold he didn't even try that... £10 wasted on a puzzle.. this shop has got really bad and the manager is shit.... train your employees properly me and my family will never shop here again
