Really friendly and helpful staff. My daughter even got a few free items, which made her day. Really looking forward to the refit being finished in July!

Always found what we want.

What a waste of time. We popped in to pick up a travel version of Trivial Pursuit. They've been open 6 months and already having a refit. Over half the store is closed and the shelves they do have are filled with lots of the same things. Apparently they've packed all their travel games away.

Took my daughter in today to spend her birthday money she dropped £25 on the floor and some scummy person thought they could pick it up and keep it !! Hope whatever you have spent it on makes you happy !! I have a very sad little girl

I took my 3 year old here the other day to have a look around as it’s his birthday coming up. I was impressed with the help I got from one of the staff and they put a toy behind the till for me until ready to purchase. I had decided the couple items I would later return to purchase and proceeded to go pay for the item waiting for me. Upon leaving, the couple in front of me got asked to show their receipt by the security guard. They clearly looked upset and singled out by him. Then I got asked too. Ok, maybe everyone gets asked I thought, but I waited 5 mins outside and he let searched the backpack of one customer and proceeded to let another leave without asking. I find it incredibly rude to of been asked to prove my purchase, 2 minutes after paying at the till (only about 10 feet away!) and it was in a smiths bag!!! I don’t get ask to prove my purchases elsewhere. This is terrible costumer service and I WILL NOT be returning to buy the other items and will shop elsewhere!
