I am trained to Level 5 standard and hold a Reflexology Mastership from Centralia which I studied with the Three Shires School of Reflexology.

Reflexology is a treatment given through the feet which involves using a number of pressure points which correlate to different parts of the body. It can be very effective on certain health conditions and is deeply relaxing.

More than just a foot massage Reflexology may be beneficial for a number of conditions including those suffering with Migraines, Back Pain, Asthma, Allergies and Fibromyalgia to name just a few.

I am fully trained in Reflexology for fertility issues and so far have a 100% success rate in this area. I'm also trained in maternity reflexology and have a level 2 qualification in Nutrition & Health.
