Welcome to Sophie Anna; a complementary health practice that helps to treat the body and mind.

In our daily lives we all suffer with some form of stress, anxiety and fatigue and many of us suffer in silence. By making that initial contact and breaking your silence it can help to ease the worry. No matter what levels of stress you are feeling, it can create an imbalance in the mind and body and if left untreated, can sometimes lead to acute and chronic symptoms.

At Sophie Anna you can choose from Aromatherapy Massage, Indian Head Massage, Reflexology, Swedish Massage and Thermal Auricular Therapy (also known as Hopi Ear Candles). Each treatment can be used for specific ailments but all help to relieve stress, which is one of the main underlining causes of ill health.
