Head Coach, Selina Adams has been a British champion at sports acrobatics and represented GB as part of the Team Gym team.
Selina has created a fun but professional training environment that has delivered competition medal winners on a regular basis.

The fully qualified and registered coaches at Sovereign Gymnastics ensure that the club provides the same support and encouragement to all gymnasts from pre-school children in beginners classes to those forming the competitive Squad.
