Sponge In The Middle

Afternoon guys, sorry i haven't been on here much over the summer, i have been a busy bee with lots of lovely wedding, anniversary and birthday cakes, and a few other cakes too.... i will get around to posting up some pictures over the next couple of days, If you are in need of a cake then please do get in touch, i have limited availability for the rest of September but i do have some spaces available, and i am also sorting out the dreaded "C" cakes christmas) it comes around so quickly... so watch this space and just give me a little thumbs up, like or comment to know you are still around, Facebook like to keep me on my toes with who manages to see my posts so come on show me who cares... catch up later guys xx

Unfortunately there is not enough stars on this page it needs to be ten plus!! Picked up my cake this evening for my girlfriends birthday soon as I laid eyes on it it blew me away, I never thought that some one could do so much with cake mixture and icing!! Absolutely fantastic can't thank Karen enough for the time and effort she put in to this cake and the price was just even better great value for money highly recommended over and over again. To any one looking for a customised cake for a special celebration then look no further. I will be returning in the future no doubt!! Thank you very very much Karen!!

Karen made the most amazing birthday cake for my son. He absolutely loved it and everyone loved the suprise of the rainbow colours inside. Would recommend sponge in the middle to everyone x

Karen is a fantastic cake maker, she is very friendly and is happy to design a cake just how you want it. it was beautiful to see my daughters face when she saw her lego cake, she thought it was real lego. would recommend her to anyone.

Karen did a lovely cake for my boyfriend's 21st (at very short notice too) and is now doing a cake for my daughter's 4th birthday :) definitely recommend her!! Thanks Karen! ♥♥

I was struggling to find somebody to make my nan a birthday cake as her birthday is 2nd January, at end of the Christmas and new year period where many cake makers aren't working, and this year it was a bank holiday. Karen was recommended by somebody, and she was happy to make a cake for her. It was beautifully decorated and it tasted lovely. All of the family were impressed with it. A big thankyou!! Xxx

I needed a cake last minute for my son's cake smash photo shoot. They did a brilliant job and made it on time for me. kept informed and was flexible in allowing me to pick the cake up. The cake was a giant cupcake and was perfect for a cake smash photo shoot. My son had great fun pulling the cake apart �

I had one very happy boy today thanks to you :) looked fantastic (that's an understatement) and tastes just as good :) thankyou so much be back very soon. Highly Highly Recommended!

Contacted Karen to arrange a 2nd birthday cake last minute. She talked through exactly what we wanted and produced a wonderful Trolls themed cake for my daughter. Cake was ready for collection on time and Karen quickly responded to messages. My daughter was so excited to see her cake and that Poppy was on the top. Tasted delicious. Highly recommend
