Happy weekend to all my lovely clients. I’ve neglected this page over the last year or so, so thought it was about time for an update! My husband and I are expecting a baby in May and I’m getting more round by the week 😂. With regards to work I’m currently taking bookings until The end of March and have decided to play April by ear nearer the time. Most of my regular clients have made their bookings right up until the end of March so if you’d like to book anything, please get... in touch. Although there isn’t a huge amount left! Whilst I value you all giving out my name as a recommendation, I’m afraid I can’t take on any new clients at the moment as otherwise there isn’t enough room for you lovely lot!
With regards to returning to work post baby, I’m hoping to come back at some point in September and build up gradually. This could change and I will update on here so that you know what’s going on.

A belated Well Done to all my clients who took park in the Herts 10k on Sunday, was lovely to support with Sports Massage as part of Alpine Physiotherapy as always.

Good luck to all my wonderful clients who are running the London Marathon today. Stay hydrated and think of that ice cold beverage at the end! You’re all superstars.

From next Monday (27/02) I am starting a 4 week course of pelvic floor specific Trampolining fitness classes. There are 7 spaces available, 11-12 for the next four Mondays at Gravity Force in St.Albans.
If your starting back to exercise after having a baby or want to join my normal Gravity Fit class but are worried because of your weak pelvic floor, this is the class for you.
