St Mary'S Church Rye

This place is beautiful by day and night, the inside of the church stunning , and the graveyard peaceful and beautiful . Can't wait to come back .

One of the best gigs and venues that I have ever had the fortune to be at and it is on my doorstep.

Not only is the church beautiful, you get to climb past the bells up to an incredible view and all the ancient historical landscape spread out 360. A fantastic adventure.

My husband & friend went to the roof via the bell tower. Stunning views. He loved it. A must do.

I visit Rye twice a year and always go to St. Mary's to light candles for my late son and mum and dad. It feels so peaceful and special and I like the fact that I can take my dog in with me.

Going to the Rye St Mary,s Church is a must on visiting RYE. The views from the top are magnificent,

A peaceful, friendly place so, put it on your"must visit" list!

A must visit in Rye. Sat on the highest point this medieval church is beautiful. Its tranquility iffers solace and reflection and it holds one of the best kept secrets...for a small fee of £3.50 you can work your way up through the walls into the bell tower and onto the tower roof. The views are just stunning across the marshes and the downs.

A beautiful church. Climbing to the top is a must, if you can do it. The experience is unique and the view is fantastic. The volunteers working in the church are always very nice and helpful.
