With extensive grounds and a beautiful library, we are an ideal place for to meet, to train and to study.

From St Michael’s Priory: Clare Shum was a welcome presence and such a good friend to all at St Michael’s Priory in Willen. Her friendship with the religious order, the Society of the Sacred Mission (SSM), reaches back to her childhood and to a member of our order, Fr Marcus Stephens SSM. He was also her godfather and he stayed in touch with Clare for many years. She talked much of their friendship and shared some lovely photographs with our community and which are now in our library archives. Clare was a regular at our healing services, and also stayed for lunch on many Wednesdays, joining our other friends and guests. It was very lovely to have her with us for Easter lunch this year. PASTORAL ASSISTANTS Building on the success of our first year SSM is seeking to recruit young people as Pastoral Assistants to help with the life and mission of the Priory with local parishes. We encourage applications from those who might be interested in religious life, ordained or lay ministry, chaplaincy, or who simply wish to learn by sharing the life of the community.
