Kodiaq is a great family car, part exchanged my discovery 3 for one, was a bit worried it would seem small in comparison but we have travelled to France in it, with 4 kids in comfort.

I was told to take my Skoda elsewhere to be repaired although the initial repair was done here then left a message for a return call from service dept which just never happened, after sales are rubbish

Worst place to go and advise to avoid, go somewhere else where your not going to get ripped off

Worst after sales service ever.rude service staff and assistant manager. Had so many problems with them

Staff both in sales and service fail to keep promises and they are dreadful communicators. It is impossible to get anyone to return a call. I have given up with the garage and the Skoda brand as a consequence of a recent unbroken series of failures.

Car alarm going off in the early hours. How about some respect for your neighbours and provide an out of hours number for emergencies?!
