I am a professional, qualified counsellor offering relationship and one to one counselling sessions in the surrounding areas of White Waltham and Maidenhead and I am registered with the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP).
As a counsellor my role is to provide you with a safe and confidential environment in which to support you. I am a compassionate, non judgemental, skilled listener and I feel very passionate about counselling as I have witnessed the benefits that it can bring.
Prior to training as a counsellor I enjoyed a successful career in the military and worked in occupational welfare, gaining a huge amount of experience of working with individuals and families experiencing difficulties. I also have a great deal experience of working with a very diverse range of people within civilian and charitable organisations and extensive experience of supporting people affected by work related stress and traumatic incidents.
My dedicated counselling room is located in a residential address in a quiet village with plenty of parking available outside.

I have full indemnity insurance and an enhanced DBS check.
