Steppin Out Stars Of Tomorrow

Steppin Out was launched in April 2015 for children in Wokingham and Woodley to develop and

encourage their love of performing arts.

encourage their love of performing arts.

With the support of talented teachers we have classes in Drama, Dance, Singing,

Musical Theatre, Pop singing and termly specialist workshops. These have included

Stage Fighting and Combat, Les Miserables, Shrek, Legally Blonde, Costume

Making, Mamma Mia, Acting for TV and an outreach project from Read College.

Through private contacts and coaching we are delighted to say that we have

children in West End shows “Billy Elliot” and “Les Miserables” and many have

appeared in professional panto at the Hexagon and South Hill Park as well as

adverts and short films.

We offer 1-2-1 coaching for students who excel or perhaps just need some extra

help as well as an optional theatre trip termly and an annual show for all students.
