So far all bookings done and was spoken to Peter Pan and Grace. Our holiday not until Feb 2019 will be interesting and look forward to our holiday.

My experience booking this holiday was good. I called back later to speak to them about an error in my name and I spoke to someone called Dean and he was very helpful and informative.

Anna was very good on the phone and ensured everything was in good order for my holiday.

Grace, Sofia and others did brilliant job in Booking 3days only..

Otherwise I started phoning to avail the discount in round 12 August since till 1 November I had to go through very poor unreliable service.very very disappointed.

I used to write date name who I spoke with with details for record, many promises/ return call and email me etc etc I was completely off and decided to superescapes.

But a person who made promise Monday to arrange call back and Wednesday Sofia phoned situation-completely changed.

The holiday was good however I was calling around different travel agencies as we already knew which hotel we wanted to go to. They booked the wrong hotel despite me being clear they added on additional charges at the end of the booking which were not clearly explained. When I tried to rectify things I was passed around from person to person with no clear exploration of where we were going on holiday. I had to spend the whole day on the phone. I was told in would be given speedy transfers foe compensation these turned out to be the same for everyone and not speedy at all. Unprofessional and the worst company I have ever had to deal with when booking a holiday. Will not be using there services again.

Where to begin?! First of they got my email

Address wrong, my fiancé’s name wrong so couldn’t check in on the Ryanair app, no holiday confirmation or invoice, no luggage included even though I booked a package holiday, once we arrived we discovered they swapped the hotel I originally booked! Check trip adviser as this has happened to a fair few other people, I upgraded the room at a cost of £12 each per night only to get to the hotel and find there’s no such room! They call from an Evesham number but they are based in Luton, hmmm but dodgy! Plus would help if the staff could undeterstand English, don’t book anything with this awful company.
