Hi there jam fans, we are at the Watermill Summer Fair this weekend. Hope for sunshine. Come and visit our stand 1st June.

We have a stand at Newbury Races tomorrow 17th May as part of the Beer and food Festival, They will be showing the races and the FA cup final on the big screen so it should be a good day, come and visit our stand if you can.

Mediterranean chutney is a delicious choice to enjoy with many meats, cheese, fish or veggie foods. This weekend looks promising for that first BBQ.

September already ! count down to Newbury Show 15th and 16th of sept, Its great that it is so local, every year we look forward to seeing regular visitors to the show. Still lots of cooking to do

The Diamond Jubilee has been a fantastic celebration, village events and watching it on tv, its been great. Next weekend I am looking forward to seeing visitors to the Beale Park Boat Show at Pangbourne, 8th 9th and 10th of June.

A bit delayed but this is the news I promised about Marmalade! I entered the Dalemain Marmalade festival again this year the results are: Ginger Orange marm SILVER, Seville Real Ale marm ( using Arkell's Wiltshire Gold Real Ale) SILVER. Lime Marm BRONZE AND Seville Orange Marm BRONZE. So four awards for 2012. I hope you will enjoy tasting them.

I will tell you about some exciting marmalade news tomorrow sat 25th Feb

I made a batch of Clementine Muffins this afternoon it reminded me that it has almost been a year since wininng GOLD for Clementine Marmalade, people love it so much they keep on buying it and the Clementine muffin recipe ( available to be printed from the website) has been a popular cake to make.
