Sussex Mortgage Centre assisted us with our mortgage on our first home. Karen's help and advice was absolutely invaluable in guiding two first time buyers through the process. Thank you Karen for all of your guidance and support-we couldn't have done it without you!

Sussex Mortgage Centre arranged a couple of remortgages for us before we cleared our mortgage a few years ago. Since then Karen had a mammoth challenge to get an adverse mortgage for my daughter and partner. She worked relentlessly to get them a mortgage where others had failed. The stress levels were high our end but Karen was extremely professional at all times and determined to help the couple. She explained everything very well to these first time buyers whose only sin was an old £128 phone bill. The lenders were ridiculously over cautious considering they had 20% deposit, but Karen was determined to find one that would lend to them, and she did.

We cannot thank her enough fir all her hard work over the years, but especially for this recent marathon!

Linda in admin takes over once the mortgage is accepted and does a great job of filling in the gaps of our knowledge.
