We have been working with Nathan and his team for the last 18 months to provide S&C education amongst other things at the Worthing College Academy of Sport. The results have been outstanding and a culture has been implemented to support players at National College level. The professionalism and expertise of SPC staff has been the catalyst for this and we can't recommend these guys more highly for any of your fitness needs ๐
Very well set up facility, very friendly environment, some great old school training equipment mixed with new era training methods & personal trainers! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking into getting everything they'd want from a fitness centre!!
Top of the range, modern, work out space mixed with enthusiastic, motivating staff makes this is the one of the best new facilities in Sussex!
Top notch equipment and trainers who go out of there way to help you personally. It's not your 'normal' gym - it's a specialist facility that focuses on results and has brand new equipment and techniques to achieve them.

Iโve been training at SPC for about a year now, I absolutely love it. Great facility, the best knowledgeable coaches who are dedicated to their profession. Their approach is to make health & fitness a part of your life, a mindset, an attitude. The coaches invest an interest in the individual and get results! I have never felt so fit & strong, they constantly challenge too. Highly recommend everyone to attend!
I've been training with Matt for a few weeks, I feel challenged and I'm feeling fitter and stronger. Can't recommend him enough!
I have found all the team at SPC very friendly and supportive. I have been a client of Nathan's for some time now and have achieved a healthy weight loss and level of fitness.
I have been attending the Sussex performance centre for the past 4 months and as far as I am concerned there is no where out there currently that delivers such high level expertise in a group exercise environment. The equipment is fantastic and the sessions are carefully planned out to maximise individual performance. Couldn't speak highly enough of the work the boys are doing down there. Keep it up! ๏ฟฝ
I had individual sessions with Michelle throughout my pregnancy to ensure that my hyper mobility didnโt impact my body supporting my growing belly. Looking forward to starting again with Michelle post pregnancy.
I had 6 PT sessions with Michelle and I would highly recommend her. From the first session she never judge my fitness levels (which where very low!). She has given me confidence to keep exercising and I even enjoy it now.

Great new gym with friendly and enthusiastic staff. The service is great, the staff are always available for questions and help with equipment or your workout. The faculty has an amazing range of new equipment enabling a great work out. Diverse range of machines that helps keep workouts challenging and interesting.

The coaches are friendly, approachable and always happy to answer any questions, making SPC a really comfortable environment to work out in whatever stage of training you may be at. I enjoyed every session and feel like I know and understand a lot more about strength and conditioning training and how to make progress. Thanks Michelle!!
Good session today with Tom. Impressed with the facilities, much better than just your normal gym weights and machines. The coaches also showed a lot of knowledge which helped through the session.
First time in group training today, Tom (SPC trainer) was extremely knowledgable and put me through my paces. Very friendly bunch of lads and I look forward to achieving my fitness goals!

Fantastic facility and great trainers. Personal experience with Michelle, Nathan and Matt has been exceptional, and can't recommend them enough, wether you train light or heavy. I have also heard great things about PT's Tom and Harry. They buck the trend of an average, busy gym, in the best way.

Brand new facility that is giving a truly unique offering. These guys are results driven meaning they tailor everything they do to your specific goals. Really love coming here! The staff really are the best!!
After years of gym memberships I was struggling to achieve a change in my body shape, lean muscle mass and overall improvement in my strength. Routine classes are often fast paced and large groups preventing individual potential being maximised. PT sessions are always great but a real luxury in terms of finances. At SPC the women's group training sessions are small, they are tailored to maximise individuals performance with experienced trainers observing your form, this preventing injury whilst positively encouraging you to exceed previous achievements, if you want a new you in terms of fitness, strength, agility and shape SPC will ensure you achieve this. There is no stigma or isolation, it is a welcoming, relaxed and positive environment that you won't want to leave once you start.
Absolutely love training here ! Great vibe would recommend to anyone.

Good session today with Tom. Impressed with the facilities, much better than just your normal gym weights and machines. The coaches also showed a lot of knowledge which helped through the session.
First time in group training today, Tom (SPC trainer) was extremely knowledgable and put me through my paces. Very friendly bunch of lads and I look forward to achieving my fitness goals!

Fantastic facility and great trainers. Personal experience with Michelle, Nathan and Matt has been exceptional, and can't recommend them enough, wether you train light or heavy. I have also heard great things about PT's Tom and Harry. They buck the trend of an average, busy gym, in the best way.

After years of gym memberships I was struggling to achieve a change in my body shape, lean muscle mass and overall improvement in my strength. Routine classes are often fast paced and large groups preventing individual potential being maximised. PT sessions are always great but a real luxury in terms of finances. At SPC the women's group training sessions are small, they are tailored to maximise individuals performance with experienced trainers observing your form, this preventing injury whilst positively encouraging you to exceed previous achievements, if you want a new you in terms of fitness, strength, agility and shape SPC will ensure you achieve this. There is no stigma or isolation, it is a welcoming, relaxed and positive environment that you won't want to leave once you start.

A Great gym with fantastic equipment that can accommodate all levels of fitness and with excellent help and advice from the trainers I'm sure anyone could achieve the fitness goals they desire by coming here.
