Never had any issues with mine or my Mum's nails, they've always been perfect - and we've been going to Carmen since the shop first opened! Absolutely lovely ladies, great nail technicians and beauticians. Always professional, friendly and welcoming. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I popped into Swagga and Style today on the off chance of them being able to fit me in for infills with gel polish and I am so glad they had a free slot! Emma gave me the most beautiful nails I have ever had and really helped me choose what colour I wanted when I couldn't decide � it was honestly such a lovely experience, I chatted with other customers while my nails were being done and Emma was absolutely lovely, and I COULD NOT believe the price!! It's a shame I don't live in the area because this would 100% be my regular nail bar otherwise�

I have been going to this shop every 2 weeks for the past 7 years and never had a problem. I would highly recommend.

I had a spray tan done today, I am not a confident person and it was my first time, I had a question and I rung up for advice it was really nice advise they are very helpful and I couldn't be happier, I felt so comfortable and it's given me so much more confidence! Thankyou so much!

The staff are really welcoming as soon as I walked in and have a chat I always get an appointment and if there is no possibility of on the day then they always compromise for the next slot to accommodate my schedule

Felt very much at ease with asking for specifically what I wanted.

Had my nails done with Emma today. I was a bit indecisive as to what to have but Emma was very helpful and gave me a lovely full set of acrylic Ombré nails and I absolutely love them. Will definitely be going back again. �

Had my nails done by Eden multiple times now and I love them they are always great and she is very adventurous in her colours which I let her pick for me. Been to so many other places who ruined my nails and now I won't go anywhere else she does a great job!!

Always a good atmosphere, all the girls are friendly and welcoming. Been going in for years never had an issue with my nails or anything else I’ve had done. Thanks girls!! �

My partner came to get her nails done as had so many good reviews on here. She got them done the first time and they were terribly done by Erika,who didn't really listen to how she wanted them. They were too short, uneven, cuticles were cut and generally a mess. My partner then went back as she was very unhappy with them,to then get ripped into by the manager who basically said its not her problem and get on with it. After what seemed like forever the manager got another girl to redo her nails (even though it wasn't her who messed them up) for free. After being rude and walking around slamming doors she left the girl to get on with it. My partner felt very uncomfortable by the way she was treated and left as soon as they were redone. Her nails were awful (and I'm not normally one to say this) but they were all cracked,bumpy and not to mention bleeding and red raw from when Erika done them. After going to 3 other salons who said they were terribly done and was appalled at the state of them she then paid out more money to get them done properly. She called and spoke to Carmen (whilst I was sat there) and I have never heard anyone so rude in my life and eventually hung up the phone with no warning (which is rude) she didnt offer no kind of refund or apology. If I could attach pictures I would but my partner will defo not be going back.
