MEMBER SPOTLIGHT
This week we speak to Beth on how she’s got on since coming to us around a year ago.
Beth started out just attending our higher intensity sessions but has now transitioned to our SGPT and her results are outstanding.
... She was looking for something different to your normal gym set up and liked the fact we could support her throughout her journey with us.
She’s achieved to this point, ⬇️ 6kg Body Fat DOWN ⬇️ Dropped 2 dress sizes ⬆️ 2kg Muscle mass UP ✅ Improved nutrition to support above results!
Beth has also become MyZone 👸 and is never to far away from the top of the effort leaderboard. She’s managed this due to her consistently of attending 3+ sessions each week.

How could you find your first 30 days?
We asked Tanya about her trial
What did you love the most from your trial?... “ I love the flexibility of the sessions that I can attend, that I will be pushed and I'm not able to stay in my comfort zone. Before Sweat-it I was relying on another person to also come with me to train and when they couldn't go I was finding excuses not to go. This has stopped now though because there’s always someone to team up with making it easy to plan my weeks”
How did you feel before and now? “ I was feeling de-motivated and I am now feeling in control and motivated “
What made you choose our 30 day trial over your conventional fitness options? “ I was looking for somewhere where I could train with others but also get the benefits of personal training”

3 years of Sweat-it Training
This week marks 3 years since the first ever outdoor circuit session, starting outside and progressing inside, to moving schools and back again, to large group training and now to small group.
The Cow Shed continues to grow and serve the members within it.
... Our mission is to create an environment which is fun and accessible to any, while still making it challenging to the individual!So everyone whatever ability, goal or age can still reap the rewards from our desire to improve and drive the standards of whats expected in the area and further.
We’ve come along way since that day and here’s to the next 3 years.

Matt recently reached his first goal of many!!
Which was to compete as a single athlete at a Crossfit comp, this got us thinking with how it relates to everyone we coach here at Sweat-it or actually who enjoys their fitness.
He wasn't all that different to you......
... It hasn't taken all that long either, just some sacrifice, consistency and applying himself to get there.
The level of these obviously determines the rate. But all can pull something from his story.

MEMBER SPOTLIGHT
This week is shined on the man the myth that is Mr Martin. Now Dan was certainly used to training before joining us way back for outdoor circuits and has been a keen supporter of everything we do ever since.
He's an incredibly devoted member of the TEAM and always ensures he gets his training in either with us or up in London Town. But we manage to eek out that little bit more work from him even when he's not with us as MyZone let's us keep an eye on him, in ...a friendly and motivating way of course.
Dan loves what we do for a number of reasons, ease of location, flexibility of times, quality of sessions, variety to ensure we keep him guessing, intensity while making sure it remains controlled ad specific to him and the community.
Our community is a huge part of us as this makes us stand out from anywhere else and Dan's a huge part of this. Always being a friendly face to help greet new faces into the TEAM whatever skill or goal.
Dan's achieved, ✅ Increased range and mobility within main lifts ✅ Enjoying training and doing it consistently 💪 Become stronger while making sure form is correct 🚲 The fittest he's ever been, with 20+ years experience!! 🙌 Key member of the TEAM

We all want to WIN BIG but plenty of small wins will result in those ever so important BIG WINS in the end!!!

✅ Training 3 times a week... ✅ 12 times in a month ✅ A Strength PB. ✅ 1 Pull up even if your goal is 10. ✅ Only drinking 1-2 days this week when last week was 3-4.
Remember you don't have to be perfect, just that little bit better than before to improve.
